Total mess… I bet you had time to change clothes and wash your face yourself, but while you were talking, you told me to wait, then another employee came and told me to wait because they were cleaning up the bed, and another employee came and told me to wait because they were washing my hands. After waiting like that, I went in and they told me to finish in 30 minutes because they had a schedule, but after checking twice, they finished in 40 minutes without saying anything. Of course, I was late. This is the first time I’ve been to a place where they didn’t loosen up my trapezius and sternocleidomastoid muscles. It’s the first time I’ve heard a popping sound in my neck while getting a facial, and it’s really weak. If you just want a cleansing routine, I recommend it.
