The staff explained everything in detail and made such good recommendations that I would have bought them all if I had more money^_^ I was only going to look around for a bit, but thanks to the staff's passionate explanation, I ended up buying the "Purifying Facial Exfoliant Paste" exfoliating product. They washed my hands and applied it one by one while explaining it to me. Then, they asked if I had any skin concerns and recommended products that would be right for me and applied them! If you find it hard to refuse, this is a place you should make up your mind to go. ㅎ.ㅎ But they are really kind! I really wanted to buy the vitamin ampoule "Lucent Facial Concentrate" that you strongly recommended, but it was definitely on the price range ㅠㅜ That's why I postponed my purchase until later! But they gave me a sample! I used the sample and should've bought it... I regret it a little because the effects were visible in just one day, so I'm definitely going to buy it. I've only ordered online, but I stopped by the Seochon branch while I was in Seoul. At first, I thought they were friendly, but even though I told them several times that I had no intention of buying anything other than the ones I was planning to buy, they were too pushy, which made me uncomfortable. ㅠㅠ

The staff was so kind... I almost became close friends with them... I'm going to buy something good and go... As a Seochon maniac, I'll be a regular customer here.

Online ordering is possible, but since an Aesop opened up near my house and I had fond memories of visiting other branches in the past, I visited the Seochon branch in person~ I had decided what I wanted to buy, but they explained everything to me in detail, so I didn’t refuse, but they were so focused on sales that I lost the desire to visit again or buy additional products. Haha. They seemed to be explaining things kindly, but the nuance of not receiving separate skin care was there (I don’t know much about this, but those who do know will know right away). The part where they said “What the heck?” in the middle of the instructions was like~ It’s the closest branch, but I don’t think I’ll go there again.

The service varies greatly from employee to employee. The first visit was good, but this employee is so sales-oriented that it's unpleasant. Isn't this a brand that symbolizes comfort? My desire to buy something has disappeared after visiting the store. It's a shame.
