The Gentle Monster Shrine flagship store, which was newly renovated in June 2023, created extraordinary scenes through research on structural shapes and animal movements. The objects on each floor are inspired by the movement and form of living beings and expressed in an artistic mood.

They were much friendlier than I expected. There were a lot of Chinese people, but it wasn't hard to look around.

A comfortable atmosphere to wear! There was a design that I couldn't find anywhere else, so I got it right away because it was perfect.

I'm sorry I couldn't make a decision easily when choosing a product, so I spent almost two hours in the store thinking about it and choosing for a long time, but the staff were so kind and helped me recommend and choose, so I was so grateful...! Today, I visited the Shinsa branch to buy a pair of sunglasses since the Jenny Collection was just launching. Since there was a product I already wanted to buy, I just needed to check the stock, so I waited for an employee and asked if it was in stock. With a look on my face like I was annoyed at answering, I said, “Oh.. yes, we do~” and went straight to selling to foreign customers. Then, when I told the employee who matched me with all the colors that I would buy the stock, she didn’t even smile and reacted indifferently. After writing something down, she just said, “Go up and pay~” (She also didn’t tell me the price of the Jenny Collection properly.) If you work in a service industry, I hope you don’t show your dislike of working to customers. Maybe because there are a lot of foreign customers, but it’s also not nice to see them gossiping about other employees in front of customers.
