Escondido is a space where you can experience the hidden gastronomic value of Mexican culture through courses, and it is the first Mexican fine dining restaurant in Korea.

A new Mexican fine dining experience is offered with 9 dishes using 5 types of Mexican and Korean corn, a total of 50 alcoholic beverages from entry level to premium level, cocktails with each agave character, and 17 wines paired with Mexican cuisine.

The dining session is held in two parts.
Part 1 17:30 ~ 19:30, Part 2 19:40 ~ 21:40

Escondido

A high-end/omakase version of El Molino. Like El Molino, the tortillas made with Mexican peppers and various kinds of corn are delicious. There was a lot of seafood base, so the course was not too heavy, so it was a delicious meal!

I'm already looking forward to the renewal of the next season! The agave spirit pairing that goes with every dish is also impressive. Thanks to you, we had a great time. 😊

After I went there, I found out that it was run by a person who appeared in Black and White Chef as Korean Tacoking! All the staff were friendly, and fine dining was rare with Mexican food, so it was a different experienceIn fact, even if it was fine dining, there were many times when I was disappointed, so I went without expectations, but each food was delicious and new, so it was fun and good! However, the tacos are presented with various ingredients, but perhaps because of the sauce (?), I felt a little similar in taste and texture continuously. Still, the pairing was pretty good, and I want to visit again next time the menu changes!!
