The staff attitude is terrible and they are not well-educated.

The store is cute, but the checkout line was a bit confusing.

I asked a male employee on the 2nd floor about a product, and he asked if it wasn't on the 1st floor. (Why was he asking me?) So I told him that I didn't ask on the 1st floor, and he hesitated. I thought, "Usually, you can search for it?" Then I asked another female employee again, and she looked it up for me. I was a little shocked. Maybe it was her first time there. It was the first time I've been shocked at All Young.

I went to buy it in a hurry because I didn't have eyeliner, and the staff explained it to me kindly. Thank you 😊

There are a lot of tourists so there is a bit of a wait to pay! But they are friendly and nice though.

It was my first time visiting Olive Young Myeongdong Central Branch. It was on the second floor and there were a ton of tourists. +0+! There really were a lot. Hehehe. The employees must have been very busy and tired, but they were kind enough to find the items for me and greeted me cheerfully when I paid.

Compared to other Olive Youngs, the staff are so unfriendly..... And there's a cleaning lady, but can't she clean when no one is there? If you read the product description, she comes close and keeps wiping the area near your shoes with a mop, which is uncomfortable.

I've been to several Olive Young branches, but maybe because they cater to foreign tourists, they don't ask about point accumulation when paying even though they obviously know I'm from the same country. So I started paying again. When paying in cash, I also asked for a cash receipt;;
