I've been to this store often, but this time I got it done by someone I was seeing for the first time. They were much more attentive and kind than I had worried, and they helped me step by step and made it look pretty💗 When I said I wasn't good at drawing eyebrows, they even helped me with how to fill them in, so thanks to them, I was able to learn a lot in a comfortable atmosphere🥹

Even after getting waxed, I was bleeding a little bit, so when I said it was bleeding, she said it was because of irritation and just wiped it roughly, so I thought it was because of that.. She's just trying to sell products.. Is this person really good? I made a reservation this morning after reading reviews.. I have no idea if she only leaves good reviews.. I am a Benefit Lover. I have been going there for over ten years and after going to many stores, I finally found the eyebrows of my life. They also recommend makeup techniques and products that suit me, so I will settle on them.

Well, it's my first time going there... but the shape of my eyebrows wasn't very good. The tails were too low... They said they'd bring out my natural eyebrow shape, but they were thick and the ends were too low... I heard that two or three sessions were enough, but I didn't want it to end up like this... I wondered if it was really worth paying money to do it like this... I don't know if I'll go back.

This branch was disappointing because of its lack of sense in customer service.

This is really annoying. I paid for them to do my eyelashes and they said they would remove my makeup so I did it again. I'm not asking them to do it like I would at a makeup shop, and they should at least do a color that matches my skin tone. They put concealer under my eyes that looks obvious to anyone and then ask me if I want to buy something because it adheres well. Do you have any conscience? If you're going to work there, you should at least know how to use the products. And if you told me you didn't like it, you shouldn't have recommended a product for me to buy. This is how they choose their Benefit employees. I'm really disappointed. I never want to use their products again.
