Olive Young Coex Mall Branch

I bought the product because the staff explained it to me kindly.

Maybe because it's COEX, there are a lot of foreigners. There's no stopping customers from cutting corners at the checkout counter.

It's in COEX Mall. The store is large and has a wide variety of products.

It was hard to find because it was inside COEXㅠㅠ

It's amazing how you can find the product you want right away among so many items.

The response is slow.. When I ask for it, they pout.. It would be good if the store prepares it in advance.

It was great because it was an event period. There were a lot of foreigners. It was crazy and hot.

Well.. the pop-up was honestly a bit disappointing. And the product management was a bit..

I went to the pop-up and got it for a good price. I even got a mirror through a raffle💕 All the employees are tall and handsomeㅎㅎ👍🏻

I had so much fun at the various events held at the COEX venue and bought great items at such great prices. I wish they would hold pop-up events more often👍

It was a shame that many items were sold out. However, it was well organized so I was able to find what I was looking for right away.

I stopped by on my way to sleep. They explained everything kindly and I was able to buy the items I needed.

Today, I went to the academy counseling and went to COEX Mall to buy dinner and study books. I stopped by. I just bought a peach drink because there was no water.

It's a place that many foreigners visit when they come to COEX Mall, so it's complicated, but there are a lot of sale items and trendy products.

There was a sale going on so I was able to buy exactly what I needed at a low price.

I have no intention of coming back. I don't usually write reviews because I find this annoying, but of all the Olive Youngs I've been to, this one is the worst. The staff are terrible. The people at the checkout counter; they didn't even guide me to the checkout line, but they kept talking like I did something wrong. The person paying for my order must have been new here, so I had to stand for a long time to pay. They called over another employee and barely managed to pay, and they didn't apologize or ask for my understanding for making me wait so long. From now on, I'm only going to the Parnas Mall Olive Young when I come nearby.

I needed hair gel so I went to buy it. The older woman was very kind. ^^ She also gave a lot of discounts.
