ZARA Lotte World Mall Store

There aren't many places to buy summer clothes for traveling to Vietnam now that it's winter, but Zara is currently having a huge sale on past items, especially summer season clothes, so I've finished shopping for vacation clothes 🥰

I went to a nearby museum and kids cafe^^ It was spacious and varied, so I liked it~~~ 👍

It was nice to shop during the sale period because there were a variety of products.

I needed a pink knit, and I got it for a great price thanks to the year-end sale!

You can't miss the Zara sale. If it's sold out online, go to the offline store.

There are several ZARA stores in Seoul, but the one in Jamsil is probably larger than the others in terms of size, and it's divided into the 1st floor for women, the 2nd for men, and kids, so there seem to be a variety of designs to choose from. ㅎㅎ And for the last one, if you ask the staff, they will bring it to the PICK UP section within 30 minutes. One thing is that there are a lot of staff on the 1st floor, but there aren't any on the 2nd floor for men. ㅠㅠ Today, when I tried to inquire about sizes and inventory, I couldn't find any staff besides one male staff member at the payment counter, so I went down to the 1st floor and asked the staff member. Please make sure that there are at least 3 staff members on the 2nd floor as well!

The size of the store is unrivaled!!! I often go there to get stock that is not available at other stores. During the sale period, the return/exchange line is longer than the payment line. I waited for almost an hour.

Zara's second floor men's clothing staff are the worst. When I dropped my clothes in the fitting room, they told me not to leave them on the floor as if they were upset, so I said I understood and tried to be careful, but that staff member started nagging a senior staff member with a beard again. Then, the bearded staff member acted friendly (when I asked him for advice on looking at my clothes, he pretended to look at them a few times, but then got annoyed and quickly avoided me and left. He's the king of hypocrisy) and told me not to leave them on the floor and that I had to return them on time... Why did he come back and say that when I already understood that at first? A few days later, when I went to exchange clothes and was trying on a different size, the bearded staff member came back and pretended to be on his phone in front of the fitting room and was watching me to make sure I didn't return my clothes. Is there really nothing they can do? Do you feel better after treating a customer who spent over 700,000 won like that? ^^

It seemed like he put a lot of thought into how he hung his clothes, so I asked him why he hung them that way, and he said that he hung them with the colors of the clothes in mind by using gradients. Most Zara store employees are a bit prickly, but this male employee was kind and helpful, so I remember him.

I always buy my kids' clothes from Zara. The price has gone up a bit these days due to the exchange rate, but I like that I can buy trendy designs every year.

The sale zone is crowded even on weekdays, but the non-sale zone is actually quieter, which is nice!!

The checkout line is so so slow. There aren't enough staff and the hands are too slow.

These are cool cotton pants that I picked up during the Zara sale where you can buy trendy clothes at a low price. It's the style you'd want to wear on a European beach. When it's hot, light, natural materials are the best!

I was annoyed because there were defects in everything I brought. I ordered to pick up at a white clothing store, but there were so many ridiculous defects in black. I wonder if they sent it without even inspecting it. I asked a female employee a question about the size (even though I spoke quietly and clearly), and she didn't even look at me and responded mechanically in an annoyed tone. I was really annoyed, but another employee explained it to me step by step, and I was able to buy what I wanted and leave. I've been to many Zara stores, but this was the first time I've encountered an employee like this. If you don't like working or are uncomfortable dealing with people, how about finding a different job... ㅜ.ㅜ
