I went there because the size I wanted was out of stock, but the staff were really… A few people were okay, but the man who answered the phone was really rude, as if he had something to complain about. After checking the stock, I came back, but the female staff on the first floor didn’t even know if they had those shoes. I didn’t expect them to be professional, but their attitudes were really disappointing. I feel really bad for the MZ generation these days.

I came here to buy a graduation gift for my nephew! It's functional and good! I like it.

I followed my boyfriend to buy running shoes, and the store was pretty and the running shoes we were looking for were displayed well by size, so it was convenient to use.

I recently started running, so my friend recommended that I go to a sneaker store to get my feet examined, so I went to New Balance Hongdae. They told me the shape of my feet, told me what my problems were, and recommended running shoes that would fit those, so I bought them. I'm very satisfied.

The staff is friendly. There is almost no difference between online and offline stores. I bought it here at an offline store.

The tall female part-timer is so rude. Her attitude of not wanting to serve customers is felt by the other person, so much so that I don't want to visit the store again. The staff brought out clothes of a different size. I found them when I got home. I had to wear them the next day, and the tag was already ripped off, so I had no choice but to wear them...
