Louis Vuitton Maison Seoul was designed by Frank Gehry, a master of modern architecture, and was inspired by the elegant movements of the traditional Dongnae Hak dance, which depicts the image of a crane fluttering in a white coat, and Suwon Hwaseong, an 18th-century building that contains Korean history. Louis Vuitton Maison Seoul's interior is divided into five floors, showcasing the house's diverse collections, from women's to men's collections, watches, jewellery, travel goods, fragrances, candles and books. Architect and interior designer Peter Marino created a contrasting volume in each floor space, from the 12-meter-high entrance to the cozy lounge, and perfected the details through the use of various materials. The space on the first floor is home to the Objets Nomades collection, which is the first permanent exhibition in Korea, adding a touch of diversity to the Maison's interior design.
