Modern and sophisticated design.. I love Arket with good quality..🤍 The store is spacious from the basement to the 3rd floor, and the fitting room is clean, so it's comfortable to shop.

Arket has a lot of neat and pretty clothes made of linen that are good to wear in the summer. If you buy clothes, they will package them nicely.

The material was good, and the female employee on the 3rd floor was so kind that I felt really good, but... I went down to the 1st floor to buy one more (but it was on the 1st floor), and... thanks to the male employee on the 1st floor, I bought it and I feel so bad. He dropped his black t-shirt on the floor while carrying it to the counter, and I stepped on it with my foot, but he just picked it up and started paying. Should I exchange it for a new one or at least pretend to dust it off? In a situation like this?? I was just being annoying and asking him to pay without saying anything, but... he asked me if I wanted to use the 10% coupon, so I said yes, but he must not have heard my standards and raised his eyebrows and asked if I wanted to use it, which really made me feel worse. Then he turned around and started dusting me off, and I thought the work shelf was going to break. He threw and hit it so hard. There was a <Respect for Emotional Laborers> sign in front of the counter, but I feel like I've done emotional labor.

The male staff member in the women's clothing fitting room on the top floor was rude and spoke to me in a shouting tone. He spoke to me in an orderly manner without even looking at my face. ~ The rest of the staff members were friendly and the store was clean and nice. I thought the customer service was a little lacking.

Arket is great for clothes, but the cafe is even better. The iced tea is ginger ale and earl grey based, so it tastes happy. The desserts are also the best💕

Every time I come to Arket, I like it because it's clean and the cafe has a variety of breads!
