The staff were all friendly and the atmosphere was comfortable for browsing. There were especially many foreign customers. The quality of the products was good and I liked the design, so I really wanted to buy everything, but I restrained myself and bought everything from big to small that I could wear comfortably every day. It's no secret that I even bought accessories as a bonus.

The bag is pretty and I like the color. But why do they ask for ID when buying a bag worth hundreds of thousands of won? I was so busy buying a bag yesterday that I skipped it, but I feel bad that they asked for ID without any explanation. Is this Pollen policy? I wonder if they do this for other customers.

I was wondering what to choose as an anniversary gift, and I happened to visit a newly opened store in Korea! I liked the earthy concept, and the staff were very friendly~ It was a bit inconvenient that they only provided guidance and explanations on the first floor, even though they have a large two-story space. I think it would be good if they could utilize the space in the store more~
