The French restaurant MOULIN opened in 2013. French dining in an interior with an object from the owner-chef's collection of vintage peppermills (Moulin de Poivre) collected in France and an old-fashioned atmosphere. It operates by reservation only and offers attentive fine dining services.
Chef Yoon Ye Rang adds his unique delicate sensibility to present French cuisine faithful to the basics carefully explained.

It was a great meal compared to fine dining I ate elsewhere overseas. The warm and cosy restaurant, the passionate and delicate servings, the delicious, beautiful and new dishes, all of which made for a happy birthday meal. I wondered why I only found out about this place now, haha I definitely want to go again. If you want to eat French, go to Moulang!

It was a cold day with a lot of snow, but I was melted by the friendly and courteous hospitality and the warm and luxurious atmosphere I was able to savor the unique texture and taste of the ingredients to the maximum, and the wines that were paired made the ecstasy even more enchanting thanks to the wines that were paired with each dish He explained in detail every time the food was served, and I tried to indulge in the parts he explained using my five senses So it was also a fun time to discover something new in something more exciting and familiar Chef and sommelier,  I was amazed at the creativity of the pastry chef and surprised by each dish and composition that was created with the care, care, and attention to detail of the three of you.
