If you had to eat quickly because of the deadline, wouldn't it be right not to make a reservation for the course in the first place? I think. I made a reservation by phone and asked if it was possible, but if I had known at that time, I wouldn't have made a reservation. In the second half, due to the busy food being served, there were some cases where ingredients and cooking explanations were omitted. I asked him a few times and listened to it. In addition, I think the overall food taste and course composition were good. However, it was a pity that the steak was a little tough, and the explanation of the sashimi was too unclear and inaccurate, so this part was disappointing.

I enjoyed the lunch B course, and the sashimi was fresh, especially the mackerel soba that I tried for the first time. The flavor of the fried mackerel in the warm soup and the deep umami were combined, and I could feel the perfect harmony as soon as I took a bite. In addition, thanks to the attentive response of the staff, the food tasted better and the atmosphere was flawless. Loba, even if there are people who haven't been there, I don't think there is anyone who has only been there once.
