Chef Grano relocated to Italy. I went there but it said it would close soon😢 The octopus potato salad / gnocchi / aglio olio / oyster gratin I ordered on this day were all delicious and served well, but it was a pity. I think I'll go back before it closes!!

Apgujeong Bottarga opened in 2020 and has been loved for its luxurious atmosphere and high-quality Italian cuisine since opening in 2020. The classic dark wood décor, soft lighting and natural light terrace create the perfect setting for a special occasion visit. Each menu has its own sincerity and philosophy, but the signature bottarga pasta is definitely a masterpiece. The unique way of enjoying the whole roe and the rich flavor combined with the chewy noodles are enough to praise it as the "roe pasta of life." From lasagna with Korean beef ragù that has been carefully simmered for 5 hours, to fresh fish carpaccio, to truffle-scented polpo salad, all of the dishes are highly delicious.

Roe pasta is really delicious! The liver may be a bit strong for Korean tastes, but you get used to it after eating it haha The staff are also friendly.

An example of true Italian pasta. I went back after a few years, and the atmosphere was still good, and I was able to have a pleasant farewell dinner thanks to the friendly staff. For those of us who suffered!
