The menu is centered on fermented seafood, and although there are signs of hard work in cooking, it is a pity that the result is not as outstanding as the effort. In the end, the taste is ordinary Korean food, but it feels like it is expressed with different plating, so it is not original or special, so it is thought that it is very cost-effective from a Korean point of view. The aged seafood tasted good, but the meat menu was difficult to eat because it smelled like the backbone, pork bone, and stewed intestines were all not well processed. The soup has a rich taste, but it has a bitter taste, so it is not balanced, so it is too good to make a clear soup. The chef seemed to be in the room with other guests and the kitchen was noisy from other staff. Perhaps because the fish were ripening in the hall, there was a fishy smell as soon as I entered. Price reduction or improvement of both taste and atmosphere is needed.

The service of the staff was good, like a three-Michelin-starred restaurant, and the food felt like enjoying natural and healthy food. It was a meaningful experience to gain new knowledge about traditional Korean liquor.

I went for the first time after the price went up. I came to taste Korean fine dining. And thanks to the staff who kindly explained each and every meal, I ate it more deliciously. Thanks to you, it was a happy lunch. 👍

It's healthy and easy to eat! I honestly thought it would be a small amount before I finished eating it, but after I finished eating it, it was just the right amount to feel good!! But it was a pity that the restaurant was not private because it was a bar.
