I visited with a co-worker, and I was looking forward to the special vegan food of Star Chef!! My favorite choice is gnocchi ^^ The softness was the best~*I enjoyed eating the flavors that give the meat texture I ate a variety of menus with kindness, so I want to visit again next time ^^ ♡

During my trip to Busan, I visited Chef Choi's own vegan restaurant! It's really real.. It was similar to the food I had eaten in my life, but it tasted so delicious. 💞 Overall, it was so delicious and it was a new taste that I tasted for the first time, so I kept thinking about it throughout my trip to Busan. 🥹🥹🥹 It is one of👍👍 the restaurants that you must visit when you travel to Seoul, and I think it was good that even those who are not used to veganism could easily access it! Please make a lot of new menus !! ❤️❤️ I'll definitely come back next time I travel to Seoul,😘 and the staff explained the menu one by one, and they were so kind that I felt💖💖💖💖 really entertained.

It tastes better than ordinary dishes. After eating, it is neat and comfortable. I ate set A, but I think the amount is a little small for two people. You can go eat dessert right away!!

On the way to the neighborhood, I heard that it was Chef Choi Hyun-suk's restaurant, so I made a reservation and visited, but it was a weekday lunch, so I think it would have been enough to just visit as a walk-in! I'm not vegan and I like meat, but I can't digest fatty food well these days, so I deliberately came to a vegan restaurant. Tsukune was so real meat that I couldn't believe it was vegan food, and it was delicious... However, the sauce of the main dish, gnocchi, was skewered and very delicious, but when I ate it, the liver was strong and slightly salty, so I kept looking for water. 🥲 Tiramisu is a good taste... *-* The store was very clean, the staff were friendly, and overall it was a satisfying meal! (+I was impressed that the staff asked me if I had been to the café in Hangyo-dong when I was calculating. I thought ☺️ you had good eyes haha)

I'm not vegan and I like meat, but I was so curious that I made a reservation and went there, and it was really delicious. The texture and taste are all the best. It's amazing that vegan ingredients can have such a taste and texture. I highly recommend it!

Visited with a reservation for Christmas dinner. Everyone ate well. Only the last special, Maze pasta, was a bit bad, the rest was excellent. Specifically, the combination of pasta flavors ... It looks like spicy noodles. The green onion flavor is also played separately. It's also dull. How do you feel when you make everything according to the recipe at home? If you don't understand, it was just different from the rest. I think a different menu would be better for Dam. ^^

I went there with my friend and we enjoyed it together! I ordered a menu with truffles, but it was luxurious and delicious. It was good, especially the Punggi pizza, the dough was really chewy, I want to👍🏻 go again.

The amount is not hearty compared to the price, but it is delicious with the right amount for women to eat haha especially the truffle is not an arc, so the cream that is not sprinkled on it is delicious😢

I went for a family lunch, and it was good that the store was spacious and clean. I ordered food evenly (7 kinds of food for four people) and shared it, and I ate it deliciously with a full and healthy feeling. The staff was friendly and helpful.  It was okay.

Visited for my wife's birthday. It was my first time cooking vegan, but it was amazing and interesting to taste meat even though there was no meat, and it was so delicious. In particular, the mapo tofu risotto was absolutely my style, so it was so good! Tsukune- Soft tteokgalbi flavor gnocchi that clearly shows the limitations of veganism- It doesn't have a chewy texture, it has a thick potato pancake feel and has a very coconut flavor, and thanks to the truffle, the taste is good, but the taste is like a bite of mushroom oil pasta- The worst. The mushrooms are too salty, and they don't smell like olive oil, and they don't have umami.. Stir-fried ramen for cold whisk Mapo Duburi Jootto- It's okay for a vegan Risotto al dente texture is like this~ But the sauce is too muddy and there seems to be more dislike because of the spices and coconut flavor. I was surprised to see the food served first at the table that came more than 15 minutes later than our table. They made me wait for about 20 minutes after eating Tsukune, but I don't understand why the mushroom pasta is late because the only ingredient is mushrooms. I went to eat truffle gnocchi, but I was disappointed that it wasn't there😢 but the cream of mushroom pasta soothed that regret!
