Hakata Bunko has been at the forefront of Korea's ramen scene since its opening in 2004. It boasts a combination of heavy and rich broth and washes that have been brewed for two days. We don't use finesse, and we always try to stick to the basics of broth and noodles without relying on toppings.

One of the few ramen restaurants in Seoul that open late at night. For those who want to satisfy their hunger in the middle of the night, this is not just an option, but a destination. The pork bone broth is exceptionally thick and deep, and it is highly recommended for those who prefer the thick flavor of tonkotsu ramen. Personally, I recommend adding minced garlic to increase the consistency of the broth.

It's a local Japanese tonkotsu restaurant. I was surprised that it tasted the same as I used to eat in Japan. The soup was thick and I liked it because I could add garlic with it, and the kimchi went well with it. The kimchi looked like my grandmother had soaked it, but it was quite delicious. When it was first served, the soup was not very hot and cooled down quickly, but this was the only regret. When you enter the restaurant, the smell of pork is strong and savoury, and the atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy and nice.
