The first cocktail, 'Minor to Major' 🍸It was like a fruity Manhattan cocktail full of cherry and sherry, and the Timberhouse New Delicacy beef slider🍔that I chose for its texture was a mini burger full of flavor that was easy to eat on the bite menu. The second cocktail, "Martini without Olive"🍸, is a kick that doesn't have olives, but the spirulina and kombucha bring out the aroma and taste! It was good to have an effect. I went to Hyundai Card Gourmet Week. It was a harmony course, but overall the liver was strong.... It was too salty and sweet. The food was honestly half price, but I wasn't satisfied. But the staff is friendly and explain the food well, the atmosphere is good, and it seems that jazz performances are being performed live these days, but it was very nice to have this kind of addition~

I took advantage of Park Hyatt Seoul's The Timberhouse's unique Negroni Week cocktail promotion, where you can feel the heavy, citrusy, and intense cocktail taste of the bright red Negroni. The first menu, Like a Ginseng🍸, was a harmonious taste that brought health at the same time as the unique alcoholic bouze of Negroni, the second menu, Time to Thyme🍹, was a cocktail made with rosemary & thyme herb flavor, Campari and other liqueurs infused to blend well with the citrus of grapefruit, and lastly, Date With Me🥃is a Korean language with jujube, which is a Korean language playful cocktail, and the taste is spicy like a sense of the name, but it is topped with dried dried jujubes with kicks, adding a Korean feel to the basic taste of Negroni. They are All the Bests!👍
