1. Snow crab, king crab, and lobster take about 20 minutes to steam, so if you order a snow crab course meal, king crab course meal, or lobster course meal, please let us know in advance when you make a reservation, so we will prepare it in advance and eat it right away.
2. Unlike other course meals, the Sashimi Omakase Course and VIP Course Meal are served by the chef's seasonal specials, so please include the name of the course meal when making your reservation so that the chef can prepare the ingredients in advance.
3. The food introduced in each course meal except for the main dish may change depending on the season, so if there is a dish you want to eat, please order it in advance when you make a reservation, and we will prepare it for you to eat.
4. In Fuji, you can enjoy whale meat, Dokdo shrimp, bulldojo, black sandal redfish, sea beef, seawater uni, and bok cuisine that you can't find at other Japanese restaurants.
5. The wine cellar is prepared so that you can fully enjoy red wine, white wine, and champagne.
6. It is a 5-minute walk from Samseong Station, and there is a parking lot, so you can visit easily.
7. Reservation by phone / Naver reservation / Catch table reservation is available.
8. In addition to rooms for 2, 4, and 6 people, group reservations can be made for about 18 people, 30 people, and 50 people.
