Nonhyeon restaurant that started in the alleys of Busan and landed in Gangnam Hello, we are LA raw ribs and braised oxtail specialty restaurant 'Soj'. :) Our 'Sojay' started in a small alley in Seomyeon, Busan, and despite being in a disadvantageous commercial area, we were able to grow by word of mouth by competing solely with taste and service. Some customers couldn't forget the taste of our 'Sojay' and came from Seoul to Busan. Some customers said that there is no meat restaurant with this kind of taste in Seoul, and they made a lot of jokes about setting up a store in Seoul. Therefore, I thought a lot about whether the taste would be different from the store in Busan if I opened a store in Seoul, or whether I would be able to survive among the many meat restaurants in Gangnam Station. After much consideration, we decided to challenge 'Sojay', and we hope that you will watch us as a Gangnam restaurant in the future, and I would like to briefly explain about the restaurant 'Sojay' located near the food alley in Nonhyeon-dong We, 'Sojay', make every little thing from side dishes to sauces by hand and serve them to our customers. It is easier to buy and use store-bought side dishes and sauces, and it is much cheaper. But we won't compromise. No, there is no compromise. I think that's betraying the customers who trusted us and made us a Gangnam beef restaurant:) This feeling of 'Sojay' was conveyed to our customers, and we were able to establish ourselves as a Gangnam meat restaurant beyond Busan. :) In return, we at 'Sojay' will promise our customers. We will always keep the best materials and the best service. I think this is the basics that Gangnam Station meat restaurants should have, and we will stick to the basics! We promise you the same taste and sincerity. We promise that every little thing, from side dishes to sauces, will be carefully made by hand and will continue to taste the same. We will become a Sinnonhyeon Station meat restaurant 'Soj' that always strives and develops as a beef restaurant in Gangnam Station, not a common Gangnam meat restaurant or Nonhyeon-dong meat restaurant.!! It is a 2-minute walk from Sinnonhyeon Station, and the surrounding area is close to famous restaurants such as Yeongdong Gyojip, Segwangyang Daechang, etc., so it is very accessible!
