Most of the customers came out confused, asking if it wasn't until 11 o'clock, but there was no explanation for that, and the most ridiculous thing was that I tried to go to the bathroom at 10 o'clock, but they said they couldn't use it because the toilet was closed. If you can't use the toilet, shouldn't you notify customers in advance that the toilet will be closed before the toilet closes? It's the first time I've seen a café where you go to 9:30 and make dessert on the principle of one drink per person, and you can't even use the toilet. If the business hours are different from the announced time, you should inform them before taking an order + guide them to the closing time of the toilet and train the staff on service.
