I went looking forward to it because I like afternoon tea, but it's a pity that I wasn't satisfied with either of the cookies, bread, and cakes. The teapot was old and the staff didn't have a feeling of kindness or hospitality, and I just went around and came out with a belated regret. Many points are disappointing. I have never been satisfied with any TWG store in Singapore

The bakery was thick and hard as if it had been put in the refrigerator for more than 2 days, and the tea was less soaked and bland, and it was disappointing because it only tasted astringent as time passed.
