Songsong Guest House is located in Gwanghwamun, the heart of Seoul, South Korea.
We have been operating the lodging business for 36 years at our current location, and we have recently remodeled the building to help you rest cleaner and more comfortable.

Seoul's central subway lines 1, 3, and 5 (Jonggak, Anguk, Gwanghwamun) are very close, and Korea's representative tourist attractions Gyeongbokgung Palace, Gwanghwamun, and Insadong Street are located within a 3-minute walk. In addition, the cultural heritage Jogyesa Temple is located 1 minute away.

For shopping, you can find a variety of road shops, department stores and duty-free shops located 2-3 stops away or 7-8 minutes by taxi.
The U.S. Embassy and the Embassy of Japan are located 2 minutes away, so it is quiet in the evenings and the security is very good.

Transport Guesthouse

The room was really nice. The room was clean and comfortable, and all the facilities were well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable, and I had no trouble sleeping at all ^^

I visited here on business and it was clean and quiet. It was the cheapest accommodation nearby, so I plan to visit again next time I have a chance to stay in this area.

The price-to-performance ratio and location were really good. We used a 6-person room, but my friend who went with me used a 4-person room. The 6-person room had many broken places and was not cleaned well. Some of the bedding was not good. Also, the hot water was not warm enough to take a shower. Considering that we used a 6-person room at this price, the price-to-performance ratio is excellent.

It's clean and affordable in downtown Seoul. I'm satisfied with everything. Have a good rest~

It was my first time staying at a guesthouse while traveling with a child, so I was half worried and half excited, but it was so clean and I slept really well^^

It's in the city center, so it's a good location to go anywhere. There are many places to visit, and it's good for restaurants and shopping. It's underground, so there are no windows, but it's quiet, so it's good for a good night's sleep.

It was quiet and in the city center so it was really easy to get around.

The reason why I was so satisfied with my trip to Seoul with my kids was because of the accommodation. The bedding was clean, each family member could have their own bed, and the fact that it had a private bathroom even though it was a guesthouse... In fact, I made a reservation right away without much thought~ (Parking is a problem in Seoul, but it was so convenient to have a private parking lot.) However, the bedding was really clean, the bunk beds were great, and since the accommodation was located in the main area of all the tourist attractions, we were able to enjoy ourselves comfortably. I sincerely hope to come back again! I made that promise as I finished my trip. Thank you for a great accommodation for traveling with family and friends🫰I'll visit again soon!

It was clean and comfortable. There was a small refrigerator, water, and toiletries. I went with my baby and she slept well and rested well. The bathroom was also spacious and clean.

Meeting friends after 3 years. Making a promise in Seoul and searching for accommodation. Transport Guesthouse ~ The bedding was comfortable and the location was good, so it was very convenient to go around. It was even quiet. I was grateful that they brought me the necessary items right away. It was a great place to stay in Jongno with good cost-effectiveness. Above all, I made good memories with my friends in the center of Seoul. My friends who came to Seoul for the first time had fun and left. I will come again next time. It's located right south of Jogyesa Temple in the middle of Jongno, so you can experience Jogyesa Temple's dawn prayer service, and the Seoul City Tour Bus is a 15-minute walk to Gwanghwamun. There are many places to visit nearby, such as Kyobo Bookstore and Insadong, so it was really great. Above all, I was very thankful for the price for the facilities. I'm going to continue to use this place^^

I was planning a trip to Seoul with my child and looked for accommodations, but hotels were so expensive, so I found this place by chance, and it was a really good place to stay. First of all, it was clean, and although it was a guesthouse, it was nice that there was a bathroom in the room!! There were a lot of places to go within walking distance, so it was so convenient to move around, so I wanted to use it again for my next family trip. I inquired about luggage storage, and the owner was so kind!! I will go again next time!!

I had a hard time sleeping because of the noise from the machines outside.

3-5 minutes from Gwanghwamun. It's really easy to get to everywhere by foot. I walked from Gwanghwamun to Gyeongbokgung Palace and the Blue House. I was tired so I checked in at 3 and took a 3-hour nap. ㅎㅎ I went to Cheonggyecheon, Myeongdong, and Myeongdong and even saw Namsan Tower in one day. It was worth walking, but I thought about this. ㅎㅎ ㅜㅜ The clean bathroom and bedding were nice. There were two beds on the second floor, so one of the kids and I slept comfortably. It's really close to Gwanghwamun, but I couldn't hear the sounds of the Seoul Festa event, and the area was clean and very quiet. I praise myself for choosing public transportation. ^^ Oh, and the downside is that everything was close, so I kept walking when I thought about walking. ㅜㅜ All the subway and bus stops are close, so use them. ㅎㅎ I had a good rest. 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍

The location is so good that I definitely want to rebook this place the next time I visit Seoul. Since you can walk to major tourist attractions, it might be the best place to stay if you are visiting for sightseeing purposes. The bathroom is spacious and there are plenty of hangers, so I was able to wash and use it comfortably. When I asked my children what they liked the most in Seoul, they said it was the bunk bed in the room, so I think their satisfaction level was even higher. The price is reasonable and the location is good, so I recommend it!

It's nice to have a comfortable place to stay in Seoul! The staff was also friendly and gave me good guidance.

I made a reservation because it was not too far from the place I was planning to go to! I had a more comfortable stay than I expected.

Other than the location, I don't think there's anything good about it. The bedding was so dirty, like they hadn't washed it. There was weird, tangled hair coming out of the blanket and pillow. I was only going to sleep for one night, so I put up with it, but I couldn't feel the value for money. There are many other good places in a similar price range.

I visited again. The nearby hotels are too expensive, so I often come here because I can sleep in a hotel-quality room at a low price. I will come again.

I went out to Seoul and had a good rest with my friends! The accommodation was clean and the heating was good. Someone who is sensitive to the cold and someone who is sensitive to the heat slept together, and it was warm under the blanket and cool on the window side, so it was perfect. The bathroom floor was a little slippery, but it was clean and had all the basics, so it was good. There is a shared kitchen and laundry room on the 5th floor, but they don't use it now, so I don't think they mentioned it. But you can use the microwave, so it was good because you can heat up things you bought. And the most important thing! You can wake up refreshed because you can hear the chanting from the temple in the morning. I want to visit again next time I come to Jongno!~

It's clean and in a good location. The best part is that you can walk anywhere in Hanyangdoseong! It's a bit disappointing that the bunk beds are a bit creaky. The bathroom is incredibly spacious.

I searched a lot about where to stay while planning a trip to Seoul with my kids... If I liked it, it was so expensive and cheap, and it was too far from the places we wanted to go.. Then, I was worried because there was a guesthouse with good value for money right near where we wanted to go. However, after arriving and staying there, it was really clean and friendly, and the best part was that all the tourist attractions we wanted to visit were within walking distance, so it was really great~^^ Next time I go to Seoul, I'll book here again.ㅎㅎ

It is well-cleaned, so you can use clean bedding and bathrooms. If you ask the staff for anything you need, they will kindly respond, so you can use it comfortably. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby, so it is convenient to use. I will sleep well and go.

First of all, I really liked the location, right in front of Insadong! It was really good to use public transportation to go anywhere. Since we were traveling to Seoul from a far place, the location was the most important thing to us^^ We had to leave our luggage in the morning, so we went to the accommodation first, and we were really, really grateful that they allowed us to check in early. ㅠㅠ Next time I go to Seoul, I will definitely stay here~ I booked one ondol room and one bunk bed room, but I personally liked the bed room better! The kids had fun (they were fighting over who would sleep) and they slept better because it was soft~ The staff checked our temperature, and we were worried because we had a lot of kids, but they were really kind. ㅠㅠ I was so busy that I couldn't take pictures of the accommodation. It was just like the pictures^^ The bathroom was also clean!! There are many restaurants near the accommodation that open in the morning, so it was good to solve that~
