Bukchon is located at the entrance, so the location was great! It was a place where you could feel the consideration, as they heated the room in advance in case it was cold😃 Even though it was winter, the heating worked so well that I was surprised and slept warmly. The explanations were kind, and I liked everything!!!🩵💛💚 I want to stay there again!!!

The accommodation condition was very good. It seems that they manage it very well. The small garden is charming and the view of the sunlight streaming into the small yard is also nice. When I entered the house, I was impressed by the welcome tea and dessert on the table. I had a very comfortable rest. I want to visit again next time I go to Seoul.

As soon as I opened the door, I was impressed by the beautiful hanok atmosphere. It was my first time staying in a hanok, and I was worried that it would be cold because of the cold wave, but they turned on the heating in advance, so it was very warm. The double doors made the room warm and I slept warmly. I was impressed by the meticulous preparations, such as welcome desserts, first aid kits, and hot packs. The interior is simple but very pretty, and there is even a cypress bath, so it was a perfect day. It was so good that I could heal myself in the room without going outside. I highly recommend it so much that I would like to stay there again next time. (The only inconvenience was that the sliding door in the next room was stiff, so it was a little difficult to open and close, but it was bearable.)

This was the place I chose for my wife's domestic prenatal care trip, and I was very satisfied with the accommodation because it was so pretty and had a great atmosphere. The host was also very kind and considerate, which made me even more satisfied. I even said I wanted to live in a place like this later. I also plan to visit again after the baby is born. :)

It was a cold day, but the heater was on so it was warm and pleasant. My parents came up from the countryside and they really liked the accommodation! In the evening, I took a half-body bath in the bathtub. It was big enough for two adults to fit in the bathtub!! The room was well-heated and the bathroom was also heated, which was nice! The welcome drink and dessert were also impressive. The only downside? The only thing is that the door was inconvenient to open and close? That was because the accommodation was nice so even that was enjoyable. I will definitely use it again next time ( ꃼᯅꃼ )

Sowol Hanok exceeded my expectations, I am very satisfied~♡ I meet my close friends from middle school twice a year, but I always regret parting ways after only meeting for a day, so I made a reservation on Naver to stay for one night for the fall gathering~ It is located about 3-5 minutes away from Exit 2 of Anguk Station.. The moment I opened the front door after receiving the door lock number with high expectations~ Wow~ The scent and the happy exclamations of my friends..ㅎㅎ The wellness tea and snacks on the table seemed to have been waiting for us, welcoming us ㅎㅎ The luxurious bedding set, furniture, cypress bath, and the meticulous touches suited to the number of people were so great at Bukchon Sowol Hanok~💕 There are many things to see (Jeongdok Library, various museums, Gyeongbokgung Palace, Open Song-hyeon Green Plaza, etc.), and many delicious restaurants and places to eat, so I made happy and enjoyable memories with my friends~🌱

Five friends who met as a girl with short hair for 50 years did the Bukchon Hanok Stay that they wanted to do. From the moment they opened the door and entered, it was a series of emotions. Welcome tea and finger food waiting for us, foot bath in the cypress bath, warm ondol floor, clean and nostalgic Hanok interior, wild flowers on the tiled roof, rainwater gutters mistaken for interior, bamboo and reeds and hydrangeas in a corner of the yard, and even the morning sunlight on the veranda. After chatting all night and celebrating a friend's birthday the next morning, we returned to being girls and wrote good memories on a page of our lives. We had a good rest in a nice house. I want to go again next time.

I went there with a friend and it was great. The atmosphere was good, it was clean, and I was satisfied with the unique feel of the Hanok. The only thing I regret is that it would have been better if there was a tea set or tea bags to drink tea with~

I was worried that it might be uncomfortable because it's a Hanok, but I was impressed by the neat and wonderful interior, comfortable and cozy bedding, and the thoughtfulness of preparing welcome refreshments~^^ Above all, the location was really great~ Famous tourist attractions such as Gyeongbokgung Palace, Cheong Wa Dae, Insa-dong, Ikseon-dong, and Changdeokgung Palace are all within a 20-25 minute walk~ There are many good restaurants within a 5 minute walk~ Despite that, it was a safe and quiet place~ My family of 4 stayed there for 4 days and we had a really comfortable stay. Highly recommended to those who are going to Bukchon Hanok Village ^^

A Hanok stay that I had been longing for with my Korean painting classmates for 10 years💕 I had such a happy time in a space with the atmosphere I had hoped for, even in the autumn sky. It was a pleasant trip thanks to the owner who was as meticulous as the space! It is located in the center of Seochon's hot spots, but to be exact, it is hidden inside an alley, so it was private and good for walking around💌❣️

I came here on a trip with my daughter from Germany. My daughter, who didn't know the charm and beauty of Hanok, asked me to stay here, and it was a really great Hanok stay experience. The Hanok was very clean, and the owner was very kind and contacted me right away, which was nice. There are a lot of things to see and eat nearby, and it's close to the subway station, so it's very accessible. I'm going to bring my son and husband next time. I highly recommend Sowoldam.

I had asked a lot of questions before checking in, and they answered me so kindly and quickly🥹 I had a custom-made cake, so they even stored it for me, which I was so grateful for! It was my first time staying in a hanok with my family!! The cypress bath was really nice, and the welcome tea (lemon tea) and chestnut jelly were really clean and delicious ㅎㅎ It was my first time going, so I was half excited and half worried, but the owner communicated well with me right away, so I was able to rest well without any inconvenience ㅎㅎ It was so hot, but the air conditioner was turned on in advance, so it was comfortable and I felt good :) The bedding was also really nice,, I even looked up where it was and coveted it ㅋㅋㅋ Is it because it was so hot? There were almost no mosquitoes, and it was so healing because it was quiet in the early morning ㅋㅋ It's a shame that it didn't rain, but I think it would be better if it rained or snowed!!

I visited Sowoldam with my friends about a week or two ago! First, I was very surprised by the sound of Bukchon Village, and I was surprised again that a hanok could be this beautiful and comfortable! Even though it was midsummer, it was more comfortable than a hotel because the air conditioning was fully equipped. I was also very grateful for the welcome tea and finger food. At night, the quiet atmosphere and the night sky surrounding the hanok were so beautiful. I really hope you visit Sowoldam and enjoy it! And the bedding and cypress! I traveled with my sister, niece, and maternal mother, and everyone who went with me was so, so satisfied. Not to mention the interior design, the kind service made the trip comfortable and happy without any inconvenience! When we arrived, they turned on the air conditioner in advance, so it was so cool, and with the welcome tea and snacks, I was able to catch my breath even though it was so hot upon arrival, which was so touching ㅜㅜ The bedding was comfortable, they provided plenty of towels, and the hot water came out well, which was great, and the kids had a great time playing in the cypress bath!!! The best part is that it's very close to the station, so I don't have to walk too far with the kids, and it's very close to places to visit nearby, such as the Craft Museum, Insadong, and London Bagel!! The neighborhood is also quiet. I really want to go again~ I recommend it!!

The hot water suddenly stopped coming, but I had to reboot the boiler. The accommodation itself is perfect! I would visit again^^

If you are considering a hanok accommodation near Anguk Station, make a reservation right away! This is the accommodation my parents chose because they wanted to sleep in a hanok! When we first entered, the comfortable woody smell unique to hanoks and welcome tea and welcome refreshments greeted us pleasantly. The air conditioning was strong enough to be cold, the clean interior, the fluffy bed, and the cypress bath were all satisfying, and I will go back with only happy memories😊! The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove and basic dishes and pots, so you can cook something simple, and there is a TV connected to Netflix and YouTube, so it is the perfect accommodation for a staycation! We visited in the summer, but it was such a satisfying accommodation that we wanted to visit in all seasons because we wanted to see all four seasons of Sowoldam🫶! The host was also very kind, and I was touched once again because he checked everything meticulously🥰 We had a comfortable stay!

The Hanok interior is so pretty and the surrounding area is quiet, so it's great for healing and resting! I highly recommend it. The Hinoki bath has both hot and cold water, so it was great to enjoy it at the right temperature. I was so impressed that there was welcome tea and yanggaeng prepared when I first went in. There are many places to deliver nearby, and there are simple dishes and an induction stove inside the accommodation, so it would be good to buy things to cook lightly and eat!! There were also various glasses, so it was great to drink wine, soju, and beer. The only regret is that the bathroom is located outside the room, so the air conditioner doesn't work in the summer. Aside from that, the bathroom was very clean and nice! Oh! The amenities are only shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste, and a hair dryer, so you have to bring your own skincare and cleansing products. ^_* I'll make another reservation next time.

I visited with my girlfriend for our anniversary. The owner adjusted the air conditioner temperature in advance, and the soft background music, yanggaeng, and welcome tea were all really nice. The facilities were really clean, and I could feel that he had put a lot of thought into every detail of the interior. In particular, the cypress bath was really clean and nice. Since it would be difficult to use up my vacation days and go on a trip because of work, I went with a friend to a nearby place to get into the mood for a trip. Enjoying the cypress while listening to the sound of the rain was also healing, so before going out for dinner, we each had a can of beer, soaked our bodies, chatted, and woke up early the next morning to have a second round of cypress tea 💚 I had a really good rest and left!! Oh, and if you have a camera, make sure to bring it! You can take a hundred photos of your life!!!

This was a Hanok trip that my mom and I took to commemorate our summer vacation, and we had such a comfortable and enjoyable time!! There were some famous things to do nearby, and it was easy to get to Gwanghwamun or Euljiro, so it was a happy 2 days and 1 night^_^ My mom liked it so much, so I was proud~~

There was also a gayageum, so I tried playing it. ㅎㅎ The cypress bath was also really nice on a rainy day~ The downside is that the bathroom is clean, but it's outside. It doesn't go outside the front door. And it would be nice if the CCTV was outside the front door. Still, I had a good time, so I want to come again next time.

I think I searched for a hanok for about a month or two. All the conditions were good for Sowoldam. 1. Accessibility (public transportation is right around the corner) -> It's a 3-minute walk from the Anguk Station exit, so it was perfect! 2. Clean interior -> I didn't like hanoks with seating or rooms that looked like the king's room ㅠㅠ As you can see on the official account, Sowoldam has a clean and modern interior!! 3. Nearby restaurants -> There's the London Bagel Museum, Salt House, Kkangtong Mandu, etc. It's a 2-minute walk..? If you really want to go to the London Bagel Museum, you can go there and wait and rest at the accommodation. I didn't go there though, lol. 4. Water purifier -> This is secretly a must-have. I can't be bothered to go out to buy water ㅠㅠ Since it met all these conditions, I made a reservation right away. When I arrived, I laid down on the floor and took pictures in the yard❤️

The accommodation is clean and cool. I enjoyed using the jacuzzi on a rainy day. They also gave me a welcome drink, so it was nice from the time I checked in~

It was a rainy day, so the owner called me in advance to say that he had turned on the air conditioner and boiler, and when I went in, there was BGM playing, welcome tea, and even dessert prepared, so I felt so good from the moment I arrived :) I asked about towels in the middle, and they brought them right away, and I was grateful that they were kind from the beginning to the end. It's much prettier and better than the pictures. I recommend it. Sowol Hanok was so pretty on both the rainy day and the clear day the next day. I want to visit again with my mom next time.
