Hanok 201 is a simple hanok like a rural house located at the beginning of Bukchon Hanok Village, with a cat and a dog.
Containing the cozy memories of the mysterious and happy house of my childhood, we pursue a comfortable space that is old and simple but warm and cozy, so you can relax and go comfortably. In addition, Samcheong-dong, Insa-dong, Gyeongbokgung Palace, and Gwanghwamun are nearby, so you can fully feel the fragrance of the ancient city and Seoul.

Hanok 201 has a total of 5 rooms, 3 toilets, a mini kitchen, and a small yard. Couples, families, or small groups of about 10 people can come and soak up the quiet and beautiful atmosphere of Bukchon.

Free breakfast: The kitchen is filled with various ingredients for toasting, convenience foods such as eggs, ramen, and haetban, as well as a variety of teas, drinks, and snacks.

Hanok 201

A place where memories from elementary school suddenly came to mind. I used to stay here for two days while going to Seoul to attend a wedding. When I was in elementary school, I used to spend time at my maternal grandparents' house in the countryside during vacations, and Hanok 201 felt just like that. When I travel to Seoul, I always go to the palaces and Bukchon Hanok Village, so this time I chose a place to stay in Bukchon after a long time. There is a 'feeling' to Hanok that you can't feel at a regular hotel. I'm not close to animals, so I felt sorry for the dogs, and because my schedule was tight, I checked out early without eating breakfast, but I felt warm in my heart and had a good rest. I'm also grateful to the owner for his kindness. I hope you prosper and stay healthy!

He provided plenty of towels, checked for any inconveniences, let the children experience it by taking them for a short walk with the dog, and explained the best routes in the Hanok Village in detail. 2. There are many places to visit around the accommodation. There are so many tourist attractions that you won't be able to see them all even if you stay for 6 nights and 7 days. (Of course, there are many good restaurants.) 3. Breakfast provided In addition to the items in the photos, there are various foods such as bread, toaster, milk, and juice, so there is enough for breakfast. 4. I spent 5 nights and 6 days. On the last day, the owner took a lot of pictures with all his might, but I haven't received them yet, so I'm just leaving a comment. The kimchi that the owner made himself was so delicious that I ate two bowls of nurungji baekban. Tea and food were provided for travelers, and the owner's heart was warm as he tried to take care of everything. I felt love for Yanghoon because he was old and wanted to leave at least one more picture. Some people leave reviews about soundproofing, but soundproofing is weak due to the nature of hanoks, and in fact, no accommodation is perfectly soundproof these days. If you think something so obvious is inconvenient, you won't be satisfied no matter where you travel and sleep. As for soundproofing and draft, I liked staying in hanoks, so I had no problems at all. I came out briefly at night and took a picture because the atmosphere was really good. It is a simple and modest old hanok house. There are many stylish and fancy hanok accommodations, and accommodations that give a sense of life are gradually disappearing, but I hope this place will be firmly established and always be there. Two men used a double room, and it was much bigger, cleaner, and nicer than in the pictures. I recommend that the owner upload the pictures again~~ It's too big to be called a dog, but it has a very gentle personality and has a puppy-like dog, so the friendly atmosphere is a bonus. It is a place full of pretty flowers planted everywhere and cute dogs and cats. In particular, I was able to take a walk in the Hanok Village with Yanghoon in the morning, which was a very precious experience. The location is good, the price is good, the owner is kind, and it is a place I want to go again. I was worried a lot because Yanghoon's leg hurt, but I hope he gets better soon. Next time, I will take my second child and go see Yanghoon and Yangok^^

This time, the base camp for our Bukchon trip was Hanok 201, where Yang Hoon and Yang Ok are ^^ We were able to find our lodging quickly thanks to the owner's kind guidance ~~^^ Since we didn't search for places to play or eat separately, I think we just went to the restaurants, cafes, museums, and walking courses recommended by the owner ^^ The museums and libraries that were not too far away to walk to were really impressive, and since it was a weekday, we could eat well without having to wait in line at the restaurants ~ Kkangtong Mandu and Samcheong-dong Sujebi are really good ^^ The Low Roof Cafe right next door was also really good~~ But by far the best was the Bukchon walk with Yang Hoon and the owner ~ We took a lot of pictures at the photo zone with Yang Hoon ~ We went to a lot of places that we wouldn't have been able to see and go to if it was just us ^^ Thank you so much~^^ We had a good breakfast with the eggs, bread, fruits, and drinks that the owner filled in the fridge~!

The cat and dog are cute🫶I can't sleep well outside, but I feel like I slept very comfortably here😁It felt like I was visiting my grandmother's house in the countryside~!!I played and chatted with my friends until late and fell into a comfortable sleep🥰

It's small and cozy. It's lyrical and I personally liked it because it's a classic hanok that's not trendy. There are a lot of things to see around the area. However, the air conditioner didn't work, so I had a hard time. ㅎㅎ It would have been cool if I opened the sliding door in the room.. but I couldn't open the door because of the mosquitoes. ㅠㅠ If only this part was improved, I would like to visit again.

Well, kids and their moms went to play. First of all, they were cleaning even though it was past check-in time. And while we were resting, a staff member suddenly came with a big dog. She came in without asking our permission and the dog hair was flying… My child is allergic to dog hair… She suddenly watered the plants and took the lining. Towels. I had to endure it because of the kids. The bedding smelled. It was so dirty. It didn’t seem to be washed. Bugs were crawling around. A cockroach passed over my face while I was sleeping. There were plenty of towels. Many were left out to eat, but I wish they would just wash the bedding and clean up before guests come. I paid money and they barged in without asking for my understanding, which was unpleasant. I have no intention of visiting again and now I understand why there were no reservations here.

The owner seems very kind. On the first day, he guided us to the separate building because it might be noisy, but thanks to that, we were able to rest quietly and comfortably. And when I said I had never been to Bukchon Hanok Village, he guided us around and took pictures for us, which I was very thankful for. This was a trip with an 8-year-old. The owner was very kind in everything he did, and it was comfortable to stay. He recommended travel destinations and restaurants, and left many pretty pictures here and there. In the morning, I walked around Bukchon Village with Yanghoon. The pretty pictures were a bonus. I didn't eat breakfast all the time, but it was good because there were plenty of snacks, such as bananas, bread, ramen, rice, and other snacks. I recommend this to families who like dogs and cats and want to experience a Hanok.

This is the place I chose to make special memories for my daughter's third birthday. It was warm and cozy, like visiting a country house. I was so grateful that the kids were loved and welcomed with love. It was a new experience to come and tour the neighborhood I lived in when I was young with my family. This is a place I want to visit every season and take pictures of as the kids grow up.

I've experienced Bukchon Hanok several times, but this Hanok 201 was the best. To be honest, the facilities are a bit lacking compared to other places, but I feel so comfortable... The big Jindo dog named Yang-Hoon is also really lovely ♡ The guests follow the owner, and the guests were also quiet and had good manners. I really rested well. Even though I booked the smallest room, they gave me a large room to use with my baby. They told me about good restaurants nearby and a special alley with a great view of Bukchon Hanok Village. On the day I left home, they even told me the way home quickly and kindly helped me carry my luggage and took me to the bus stop. It was a happy trip where I left with a heavy heart🌟 And the group photo with Yanghoon and Yangok, where I could feel the owner's sincerity, was a very happy photo for me. Parking was conveniently done at Hyundai Gyeok. The parking fee is a bit expensive, but the location is good and it was spacious, so it was easy to park. The location of Hanok 201 was also the best. Changdeokgung Palace is nearby, so I was able to visit there, and the Bukchon Hanok Village photo zone was also nearby, so I was able to take some pictures. The London Bagel I wanted to eat was also close by, so I was able to wait there and rest at Hanok 201 before going out and living comfortably. Since there was a lot of ramen at home, I cooked ramen for the kids, and there was a cute dog and cat, so the kids were happy~^^ It's the perfect place for a family gathering.
