Beautiful yellow house

I was told that parking for one car was possible, but there was no separate parking lot. I had to park against the wall on the narrow road in a residential area, so I was worried that I might come into contact with passing cars. When I first entered the room, I was disappointed because it was smaller than I thought and the bathroom didn't seem to have enough space to shower. I gave up and turned up the heating temperature, and the room was warm. When I went up to the upper floor, it was cozy and warm, so although all the spaces were small, I had a good rest. Considering that it is a pension in Seoul, I think it is good value for money.

It's convenient because you can make a reservation and receive a password via KakaoTalk on the day of check-in and check in quietly. It's a very quiet and special place with a different atmosphere during the day and night. Come out of Yeonsinnae Station, look around Yeonseo Market and buy food (Tteoksan) There's a tteokbokki master and lots of things to see and eat. Local bread is the best! You can also buy meat and sushi at Lotte Mart, and there's a bungeoppang restaurant, a great cafe (ALRX), and even restaurants (Menya Daigomi), so it's great for a 1-night 2-day date course and you can make good memories. I was worried after reading a review that it was uphill, but even a 50-year-old housewife with poor stamina can walk up. I was scared, lol. Just stop by here and there and walk up slowly. The bungeoppang at the GS convenience store closest to the pension is delicious! It's in a residential area, so it's good for quiet healing. ☆Be careful of soundproofing☆ Be sure to take pictures of the stars all night and have beef parfait on a brazier!

I was lost in a two-day, one-night chat with my friends, and when I woke up, I was immersed in the snowy scenery. There were old trees and a garden, so it was a quiet place. I had a pleasant and comfortable time with my friends.

I had a great time for 1 night and 2 days! It was located in the city center so transportation was convenient. I was also grateful for the owner's kind response.

It was so nice to have a pension to rest in the middle of Seoul so close. I stopped by Yeonseo Market to buy groceries and had them delivered. I was able to rest comfortably in a quiet neighborhood. (There's a convenience store nearby.) The heating was so good that the room was warm and the hot water came out well. It was better than my home. ㅎㅎ I ate well and had fun for cheap. Even if you don't grill meat on the terrace, you can cook everything indoors. The view from the bed on the second floor was amazing! Oh. I saw the cold moon, the last full moon of the year. It's a place I want to visit again.

Before I went, they kindly answered my questions, and when I arrived, there was a tree and dishes that I hadn't expected, and it was decorated for Christmas. Thanks to them, I had a perfect year-end party atmosphere. ㅋㅋㅋ👍 It was clean and it was easy to grill meat. I want to come back with other friends when I have time. I had a good time. 😊

It is true that I booked it because it was cheap, but it is a place where you pay to rent, so I think it needs to be at least clean and maintained. Also, the manager left the noise in the next room as if it was unattended, which was a bit scary. I thought that they should have called the police so that they would have been more alert. I am sorry to leave this review, but we also left a small stain on our friends' gathering after a long time.

I went there after reading the reviews and was worried, but it was cleaner than I thought!! It was really nice!!! The heating and cooling worked so well that it felt like a yellow mud room, which was nice!!! I came here because I wanted to hang out quietly with my friends, but I'm leaving with happy memories~

Uh..um..I saw a cockroach,, There was a lot of dust piled up on the shelves and in the corners.. It also smelled a bit like mold...ㅠㅠ I went to stay alone to heal, but it wasn't as satisfying as I thought.. If you think hygiene is important, I don't recommend it..

This was my 4th or 5th visit. I'm not at all satisfied enough to pay 170,000 won + 10,000 won. It seems to be getting cleaner than the first time. It's a shame. It's quiet and you can have a barbecue in Seoul.

It's summer so there are a lot of mosquitoes so I recommend eating inside. The main gate has a charm that you can't see from an apartment. It was only the beginning of September but the persimmons fell a lot, which was surprising. The slope was steep so I took a taxi up, but the driver kept turning and crashed his car at the cornerㅜㅜ If you're going by car, drive carefully. I'm glad I didn't bring a car.

It was so nice to be able to have a vacation with my friends in such a quiet and cozy atmosphere in Seoul!! They even rented a birthday mini beam, so I was able to take some nice pictures of my friend on her birthday!!

4 people visited. They asked me to let them know the check-in time, and thankfully, they turned on the air conditioner before we arrived! If you don't have a car, I recommend getting off at the station and taking a taxi. It only takes 5 minutes for the basic fare! I took a taxi, but it was very uphill. I think it's better to use it in the fall and winter, not in the summer. It was so hot outside and there were so many bugs that we just grilled meat and ate it inside the room. The bathroom was a little too small! I was satisfied overall, but it was really hard to contact the owner.. I think it would be better for people who don't like stuffy places to avoid!

Before check-in, there was no contact via Naver Talk, KakaoTalk, or phone. The landlord's house is right next to the two cottages, so I barely asked for the password and checked in. He even read and ignored the KakaoTalk message that I sent saying that I would deposit 10,000 won for the barbecue. It's a pension in the middle of the city in Seoul, so it's good for backpackers to visit and have fun. The hygiene was also okay. Considering that there are a lot of bugs in the summer, it was very inconvenient to contact the host. If the landlord is always there, it might be okay because you can just go there and ask for the password even if you lose contact. If not, you can ask the people who made reservations next to you. For reference. Ps. Get off at Yeonsinnae Station and make sure to take a taxi. It's uphill. ㅠ

The owner was so kind and always replied quickly when I contacted him with questions. It was nice~ Since it is a house with a garden, there may be some bugs outside compared to apartment-like spaces, but the barbecue area and the indoor mosquito repellent and insecticide were well-equipped, so it was not uncomfortable! I was even more satisfied because it was an electric grill, so I could enjoy the barbecue leisurely. I can't believe there is a place to enjoy a barbecue like this in Seoul...! The bedding was rustling white hotel-style bedding, so it felt even more comfortable~ However, since it is a wooden house, the soundproofing doesn't seem to be great, but since the neighborhood itself is quiet, I think you can have a good stay as long as you keep your manners in mind among guests~

This is my 3rd or 4th time staying here with my friends. I don't usually leave reviews, but I was disappointed this time, so I'm leaving one because I think it would be good if the seller reflected it (I plan to stay here again). First of all, the grill was changed to a different one, but it wasn't very good. It burned too much and the oil didn't go down? I don't recommend purchasing it again. And the accommodation fee is almost 200,000 won, which is the price of a hotel, but it seems like they only clean the places that are roughly visible. There's so much dust on the top of the refrigerator and the window frames. I think it would be good if you paid a little more attention to cleanliness.

It was nice to have such a pretty place in Seoul to visit comfortably. There is a lot of grass, but... I was lying in bed when a spider came down from a web on the corner of the window, and I was surprised. ㅠ I opened the first floor window, but there were ants swarming on the window frame, so I quickly closed it again. It was such a great time. It was a comfortable stay, like being in the mountains, even though it was in the city. It was a 2-day, 1-night stay that the whole family was really satisfied with. I want to come again next time. I highly recommend it. You won't regret it.

A place to stay in Seoul that you can walk to🩷 The price is also very reasonable, and it's great for creating a good atmosphere or having a barbecue!!
