I chose this place because of the college entrance exam, and it was very quiet because it was a residential area. I arrived earlier than the check-in time due to my schedule, but it would be good to be punctual.

There are many convenient facilities nearby. However, it is quiet because it is a bit far away. Highly recommended.

It's convenient because it's an unmanned system. The room was clean and wider than I thought, which was nice. If you walk a little, there's a food alley in Bangi-dong, so I was able to solve dinner well. Rather than the inconvenience, I wish there was a double lock on the front door. And at night, make sure to close the window curtains. You can see everything from outside. It was too bad that I only stayed for one night. Thanks to you, I was able to rest comfortably.

The location is very good. It's good to go with children. I plan to visit again next time.

It's not far from Jamsil Station, and it's convenient because it's near the Bangi-dong food alley! I really like that all three of us can sleep comfortably in a bed. Although it's called a guesthouse, we don't share the space with other groups; we stay in one room with one group. The room is clean and all the necessary toiletries are provided. There are also disposable toothbrushes, and I've never seen a place with foam cleanser, so I thought it was good that it had one. One suggestion is to place a foot mat in front of the bathroom so that we don't need a towel to wipe our feet, so it'll be more comfortable. Overall, I'm very satisfied, so if I have the chance, I'd like to stay there again. I'll rest well and go. Thank you~

I had a good stay. It was more like a pension than a guesthouse. It was a good place to stay with family.

I like that it is more spacious than other guesthouses… I like that the location is good too. It’s a shame that there is no public water purifier.

I live in the countryside, so I made a reservation to use Lotte World, Jamsil Baseball Stadium, and Lotte World Mall during my summer vacation, and it was perfect. There are many restaurants nearby, so you can eat a variety of menus, and there are houses right next to the accommodation, so you can rest quietly and comfortably. Parking is convenient, so when I go, I leave the car and take a taxi, and the fare is less than 10,000 won, which is nice. Except for midsummer and midwinter, the subway station is not far away, so it seems good to use. The owner was kind, and I was grateful that he listened to my requests right away.

I found this place while looking for accommodation for a wedding photo shoot, and since it was a guesthouse, I went without much expectation, but now whenever I have business around here, I make a reservation at Kevin's ^^ It really feels like I'm just resting at my own home.

I stop by Asan Hospital every time I go to the hospital. It's really close to the hospital and there's parking, so it's really nice. And since there's a food alley near the accommodation, it's nice to enjoy Seoul while you're at the hospital. I walked to Lotte Tower from here. It was close enough to walk with my child. I think it would be really nice for people visiting Lotte to stay here.

Even though it is a guesthouse, it was quiet and soundproof, so it was good for resting, and it was close to Lotte World, so it was good for staying with children. However, the double bed creaked every time we moved, so my wife and child ended up sleeping on the floor for two nights. I wonder if it was just the room we stayed in, but it was good enough that I would visit again if that part was improved.

The room was clean and nice. I was able to rest well for a day at a reasonable price for two people.

I used the studio as a guest house, so it was cozy and warm like my own home. It was much quieter than I expected, and the non-face-to-face system was convenient. I want to use it again next time^^
