Reservation and check-in information The occupancy standard is based on admission, not accommodation. If you exceed the maximum occupancy, you will not be allowed to enter the room and no refunds will be issued Please be aware of safety accidents when traveling with infants and children. (Be careful of high and low stairs and corners) The area is residential, so please refrain from noise, indiscriminate drinking, and high-pitched banggae after 10 p.m. 2. Cancellation and Refund -Although it is regularly managed by a quarantine company, there may be an influx of insects due to the nature of the hanok with a yard, and refunds are not possible due to this, so please consider carefully when making a reservation. -In the event of a duplicate reservation, we will adjust it after prior notice, and if the wrong rate is reflected, the reservation will be canceled. 3. Guide to pets and guide dogs Pets are not allowed. However, guide dogs are allowed to enter with them. 4. Regulations for Teenagers and Minors Sleeping with adolescents is prohibited by law. Minors can only be booked and used when accompanied by a guardian, and refunds will not be issued if they violate this rule. 5.Facility Use and Regulations As it is a business facility, guests are responsible for any damage or loss of facilities, and they are responsible for compensation for damages. *Smoking is prohibited in the room (smoking is allowed in the designated backyard)>If found, a cleaning company will be quarantined and fined for the next guest. *Cooking in the guest room is prohibited: Cooking fish, meat, and soup soup is prohibited, food with a strong odor is prohibited, and personal cooking utensils (grills, charcoal, electric heaters, etc.) are not allowed. Please only use the supplies provided at the accommodation. Any accidents that occur after violating this rule must be compensated 100% of the customer's responsibility. Simple to cook 6. Lost and Found and Disclaimer Lost items found in the property will be automatically disposed of if there is no reply after contact. Guests are responsible for personal belongings and are not responsible for lost items or safety incidents. Personal burners, butane gas, fireworks, candles, incense, and all other firearms that are not provided in the property are prohibited. Ignition lighters are prohibited for use other than igniting ethanol stoves. Acts that may cause fireworks in the yard or in any indoor or outdoor space are not allowed. -Be sure to turn off lights and heaters when you are not going out or using them. It can prevent fire. *Jacuzzi: You can't use bath salts brought by yourself. Do not dispose of hair, food, or foreign objects in the jacuzzi. In the event of a drainage problem, we will request full compensation. More than 2 people cannot use the jacuzzi. Please be sure to drain it after use. Hot water may come out immediately, so please turn it on carefully. *Indoor & outdoor jacuzzi: It may be difficult to use in case of freezing or force majeure breakdown. The compensation for not being able to use the jacuzzi is 50,000 won. In winter, it is impossible to use the outdoor jacuzzi due to the risk of freezing. *Additional Liability Notice: If you cause damage due to a fire, etc., due to illegal acts, you will be charged the full amount of the actual damages. -We are not legally responsible for safety accidents caused by personal negligence and loss or damage of valuables.
