I started the new year feeling good because I used it from the beginning of the year and the kind owner was there! It is convenient for transportation, there are many things to do nearby, and it is close to the airport and Seoul Station, so I recommend it.

The atmosphere was friendly and comfortable. I had a quiet and good rest.

It was clean, cozy, and just the right place.. Especially, the location of the accommodation was great!! The owner was also very kind, so this trip to Seoul was a good memory. I will use this place again next time~~❤️

A guesthouse I use every time I go to Hongdae. It's quiet, a place where I can sleep well, and a place where I can rest comfortably like at home. It's also fun to make friends by sharing a room with foreigners. The surrounding scenery is also gorgeous and beautiful.

It's located in Hongdae, so transportation is convenient. I always stay here when I come for business. Since I can take the airport railroad right away, I can go to Seoul Station and the airport, so the location is very convenient!

As soon as I entered the room, I wanted to run out because of the moldy smell and dampness... I had nowhere to go, so I just slept... It was a single room, but the soundproofing was not good at all, and I could clearly hear coughing and snoring in the next room, so I couldn't sleep properly. The bathroom was also full of mold, and the door was broken so it wouldn't lock properly, so I was so anxious when I used it. It was the worst. It was so hard that I left early in the morning, but the moldy smell soaked into my clothes and I was stressed out because of the smell all day long. I really don't recommend it.

The boss is dirty and there are too many mosquitoes. The facilities need improvement.

I go there 2-3 times a month, so it feels like home. Now, the transportation is convenient and they are so friendly, so I will continue to use them! Haha

Foreigners are working part-time, but it seems like they have a hard time communicating with the manager who manages the reservations. I clearly booked a twin room, but the room was changed twice to a bunk bed at first, and I was only able to go back to my original room. The price and location are definitely worth it, but even after making a reservation through Naver, I have to contact the manager separately, and it’s frustrating because nothing is fixed even if I go on the day.

I made a reservation to go watch the kids' soccer game, and they said I had to verify my identity through Coupang, so I had no choice but to cancel. I called and apologized for not being able to go... They said they would deposit half of the money, but a few months have passed and there has been no response. When I called, they had blocked me. They didn't even read my texts... There is a recording of the call from July 31st. This is the first time this has happened to me, even when I travel.

Mixed dorm. It's completely different from the picture. The beds aren't mattresses, but there are 5 sofa beds. There's a small wall-mounted air conditioner in the main room, but it was turned off when I checked in, so it was like a steam room. The bedding was dirty, and the shower room said that more than 10 people had to use one place... It was too hot during the day, so I went out and came back in the evening, but the air conditioner was weak and the fan was too loud, so I didn't sleep and went out right away.

I made a reservation before my trip and stopped by to check in at night. The owner upgraded my room for me, so we had a very comfortable stay. As soon as I entered with my friend, we were like, “Wow~~ It’s so clean, pretty, and nice.” The air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was shared, but it was so clean and nice. I don’t know what the bad reviews were about. We had a great time. We’ll come back again next time we travel to Seoul!! That room is for women only!!

I always used to stay in a multi-person room when I went on business trips, but I was tired so I stayed in a single room. It was really nice to be able to use it without any disturbances. It was close to the airport and Seoul Station, so the location was the best. It was perfect for a business trip before going on a trip!

It's not bad for a one-day stay because the price is cheap, but the bathroom doesn't seem to be maintained at all. There are a lot of foreigners, so I think they need to do some bathroom interior design. Why is there no air conditioning in the dining room? I almost got hot while eating toast in the morning.. Suddenly, a week ago, a Naver reservation was canceled, so I called and they said that I pressed the wrong button to cancel for another person... I think it would be better to check the reservation carefully. I was thinking of going somewhere else, but since there was only a week left and there was nowhere to reserve right away, I just went, but it was serious. There was only one bed the size of a single bed in a room that was so small that an adult man would lie down. It was really unsanitary and it seemed like the bedding hadn't been washed for months. There was a dead cockroach on the stairs, and the bed kept creaking. There were more foreigners than Korean guests. If you want to experience India in Korea, I recommend going. The owner was really unfriendly, but the foreign employee was kind, so I was grateful.

I was worried because there were a lot of bad reviews. I personally liked it except for the bedding. It was itchy when I kept covering myself with the blanket. Other than that, the water pressure was strong, the room was upgraded, and the staff was friendly. The person I shared a room with was quiet, and I don't think there was anything else that was inconvenient. If you value cleanliness other than the bedding, it might not be right for you.

The transportation is convenient, and it's good for going out and playing in Hongdae. It's also convenient for business trips because there's an airport railroad! Suddenly, I was going on a trip to Seoul with my family, but there were no rooms available on the weekend. I searched frantically and found this place, Mamas and Papas, and made a reservation. I was surprised when I visited. There was a family room for 4 people, a very small side door, a bad air conditioner, no window in the bathroom, and the ventilation fan didn't work or not, and the metal parts inside the bathroom were rusted and the door was dirty, and the bathroom supplies were moldy and dirty, so I could barely brush my teeth and wash my face, but I couldn't sleep, so I was huddled up with my family, and there was no screen on the small window, so a lot of mosquitoes came in. When I came to my senses in the shocking environment, there was no screen on the window, and I came out early in the morning as if I had been kicked out after not being able to sleep all night. There was no owner, and a short Indian student who worked part-time seemed to be living there and cleaning. Guigoksanjang Guesthouse

It's good because it's cheap, but I think it needs to be managed a bit better... This is the first time I've seen a place without a dryer...

I made a reservation for 3 nights and 4 days and received a text message telling me the bank account number to transfer the money to. I called and texted the day before the reservation date, but I didn't hear back until 9 am on the 2nd night. They called me to ask if I was having a good time because I had booked a different place to stay. Haha. It was an absurd experience. I recommend it if you want to experience various guesthouses.

I came to Seoul and slept well at a low price.

It was my first time staying on the 4th floor, but the air conditioner was broken and only circulated air, so it was hot. Also, the foreigner downstairs shook the bed all night, so I couldn't sleep.ㅠ I exploded in the morning, said something, and checked out right away.ㅠ

It looks like they are diligently cleaning and maintaining the place, but is it a facility issue? The men's bathroom on the 4th floor has a clogged toilet and drain, a sink that is too small, a faucet that doesn't work, and a space that is too narrow to shower... It was nice except for the issue with the men's bathroom on the 4th floor.

I used a female dormitory, and I was surprised when a foreigner friend of mine suddenly came in and started sleeping. The fluorescent lights didn't come on in the room, and only the light bulb in front of the dressing table turned on, so I didn't realize the sun had risen even at 11 o'clock... There was a curtain rail on the bunk bed, so it would be nice to hang curtains.

The biggest advantage is that I slept really well thanks to the comfortable bedding. It was a single room, so the interior was small, but it wasn't uncomfortable at all. There were a lot of foreign employees and guests, so I was able to use the bathroom or communicate briefly while going out, which was a useful time. It's located in the center of Sangsu-dong Cafe Street and is very close to the subway station. I'd like to stay here again next time I stay for a night :)

I went there for a day because I had an interview. The interview was near Hongdae, and it took about 20 minutes by subway. They gave me a better room, so I was able to stay comfortably with my friend for a day. Thank you~ㅎㅎ The 5th floor has a cozy feeling, so it feels like I'm at a friend's house, while the 4th floor feels a little more private, and the 3rd floor is newly built, so everything is great ㅎㅎ You can start the day feeling refreshed with the sunlight in the morning~ Breakfast is also delicious!! I'm really satisfied because the bathroom is especially clean and nice ^^!

I first came here after a friend recommended it. It's a place I visit every time I go to Seoul from the countryside, and it feels like home. The owner and manager are friendly, and the location is good, so I think it's the best place to hang out in Hongdae.

I came to hang out with a friend and had a hard time finding a room. The price is cheap, the location is good, and the overall atmosphere is comfortable. There are many things to do around, so I had fun and rested. The manager was kind, which was nice.

I like coming here to play quietly by myself. It's also good for making friends with strangers, and I go there to change my mood sometimes. Parking is a bit of a hassle, so public transportation is more convenient.

Ah... Honestly, I don't usually leave reviews, but this is the worst. It's cold, unsanitary, and in this day and age, they lock the door with a padlock. Especially, there's a shower room in the bathroom, but this is just really serious in many ways. Because of that, I'm suffering from a bad cold.

So I'm writing a review about my previous stay. When I asked about the dormitory room, which didn't have fluorescent lights and only had auxiliary lights on, they said that it's normal for only auxiliary lights to be on because you have to sleep at night. They treated me like I was making a strange complaint. The previous stay was in a room with fluorescent lights, and I saw lights coming on in rooms other than mine. And I paid the accommodation fee, but there was no check-in information even after a long time, so when I called, they were rude and said that they made me wait (?). I felt really bad about the owner's ridiculous attitude.

I called to say I would be checking in late, but they were very kind and gave me a nice room, so I went alone and had a very comfortable stay. I think I'll go there every time I go to Seoul. The cost-effectiveness is great, and the breakfast is the best💜
