Yakorea Hostel Gangnam Branch

It was a 6-person room, but it was upgraded to a 4-person room. Above all, it was great to be on the first floor for 2 nights and 3 days. My knees hurt.ㅠㅠ I think it would have been difficult if it had been on the second floor. Thank you to the male staff member who kindly guided me. I will book this accommodation again next time.ㅎㅎ

I am satisfied with other parts, but I think it would be good if the basic dormitory manners rules were announced at check-in..Eating in the room at 9:00 PM, and watching videos without earphones while eating snacks after 12:00 AM..

It was my first time living in a dormitory and it was better than I thought. There was a spicy smell because there were foreigners, but it was quiet and they were considerate of each other so I was able to rest comfortably.

I stayed in a dorm for 2 nights. Pros: It was a 6-person room, but they upgraded me to a 4-person room. The female staff member spoke Chinese and was friendly. There was unlimited towels and a cleansing foam. It was close to Seolleung Station. There were many restaurants nearby. Cons: There were earplugs and hair that had been used by someone else in the corner of the bed. The cover and mat on the table in the women's shower room on the 3rd floor were dirty and uncomfortable. I think it would be good to clean up the hair on the floor in all areas frequently.

There were only a few people staying at the place that was worth the price, so even at around 4 o'clock, there were no beds on the first floor, and the beds on the second floor were actually a bit uncomfortable, and there was no ventilation... There is no place like this for accommodation in Gangnam, so it has merits in terms of price and convenience in using public transportation.

Overall it was okay, but it was annoying that the Korean male staff member kept sneaking glances at the table 😅

I had a great stay at a reasonable price near Gangnam. It felt like it was occupied by long-term guests, so it was a bit burdensome, but since I only had to sleep, I used it well. I don't think there was any accommodation with this price near my schedule.

First of all, the female staff member at check-in was very kind and gave me a good introductionㅠㅠ I used the 6-person female dormitory and it was quite comfortable. However, there was a male foreigner who was talking very loudly in the common area, which was uncomfortable, and since there were also foreigners, there was a strange... smell and it was a bit difficult. Still, there were plenty of towels to use, and it was good that there was a water purifier, induction, and microwave! And I really, really liked that there were multiple bathrooms!!! I washed at night and in the morning and I was able to wash without waiting. The bed was comfortable and I slept well, but another disappointing thing was that there was a smell of incense sticks in the room?, so when I woke up in the morning, my head hurt a bit.. I had the door open... That was a little disappointing, but the staff member was so kind that I think I'll use it again next time!

There are no pictures, but it was better than I thought! The bed was clean, the bedding was fluffy, it was quiet, and there were lots of places to wash up, which was nice!

I'm leaving a review because I think it's the best guesthouse I've ever been to! The staff are all friendly and the most important thing is that the bathroom is always really clean.
