I’ve had the Duplex Platinum Card for the past few years, but this is the first time I’ve used a coupon to stay for 100,000 won. I don’t know if it was because the information was lacking, or if I missed out on the benefits… Now that I know, I feel regretful and a bit annoyed. The scent that greets me when I open the hotel door and step inside is a scent that my kids are very used to and like, and now that the two of us can play comfortably in the pool, it’s nice. The buffet is delicious no matter what you eat three meals a day, but this time we stayed there, we bought dinner outside and only went to the breakfast buffet. I’m looking forward to the kids growing up so that they can go swimming by themselves and I can go to the sauna. The skating rink opened in front of the hotel at the city hall plaza, so we were able to sleep more quietly than ever, even though there used to be noisy protests. ㅠㅠㅋㅋIt was great!

I visited for a family gathering after a long time. There are always protests of various kinds around here, so it is still noisy to the point where people can't hear each other's conversations, but it is a hotel that I like. It feels a bit like a landmark of Jung-gu..? The staff are all friendly.

The seats are a bit cramped, but the latte and bread are delicious.

The club lounge has a view of Mt. Inwangsan and you can enjoy snacks and drinks. The Premier Suite is comfortable and nice. The food is good quality and delicious. The swimming pool with a view of Mt. Namsan is the best.

The location is good and overall I like it. The lounge meal was a bit disappointing. The pool, fitness center, and sauna are in different buildings, which is a bit disappointing. However, the advantage is that the view is better than facilities usually located in the basement or on the lower floors.

The Plaza Seoul, Autograph Collection takes pride in his top-notch Chinese Restaurant, TaoYuen, in Korean, 도원.Along with the Great HongYuan, Pal Seon and Haobin, this TaoYuen is one of the top 4 hotel Chinese restaurants for me.It specializes in authentic, modern Chinese cuisine and has a good reputation for Chinese culinary culture in Korea.Dining with good view over the City Hall is wonderful

Udo Peanut Patbingsu - Use Shinhan Lady Best Card + pay an additional 21,000 won. Gammalrang-i + Injeolmi + Red Bean Jelly. Super delicious, high-quality sweet red bean paste ice cream. Above all, compared to other hotels that charge an outrageous fee and provide shaved ice in quantities that two adults could never finish, I liked that they provided enough to eat and set a relatively reasonable price.

I had mango bingsu at the hotel and it was delicious^^

I had a meal at the Duple Plaza Dowon, and it is listed in hotel reviews. It is quiet and the service is good. It is hard to find a place with good value for money.

I went to Boulangerie bakery and ate salt bread. I had been there once about 6 years ago, and I went in because it felt familiar. I’m no longer with the friend I went with 6 years ago, and I bought salt bread that wasn’t available back then, but it was still new and refreshing. The salt bread was ordinary, but the inside was chewy and delicious. But it didn’t taste like something worth 4,500 won. I think I would have been satisfied if it had been around 3,500 won.

A hotel with a great location and view ✨️Especially the fitness center, swimming pool, and sauna facilities, which are old but well-maintained, were great. The wide space leading to the golf practice range was really nice👍🏻✨️The breakfast at Seven Square, which has a rich menu, was also 👍🏻🍜🥐Right next door, Deoksugung Palace, Seoul Plaza Ice Skating, etc. It's a great place to stay because you can conveniently enjoy the major attractions nearby 👍🏻

I made a reservation because I had something to do in Seoul while traveling. Since it was a holiday, there were no available rooms, so I made a reservation for a twin and had a good stay before moving on to the next schedule. The room was small and pretty, but it was so dusty and not clean that it was disappointing~ I was with my child, and he sneezed and got a nosebleed~ Table, bedding, shelves, etc.~ When I swept them with my hand, there was a lot of dust~ I was going to call right away and change rooms, but I unpacked my luggage and was tired, so I wiped it with tissue paper and rested~ I hope it will be clean next time I go~!! The valet and staff are friendly~

My whole family gathered for my husband's birthday party, and since it was Sunday, it wasn't divided into 1st and 2nd parts, so I had some peace of mind, which was nice. 7 different Korean, Chinese, Western, Japanese, whole dishes, desserts, etc. were all neat, fresh, and delicious. This was my second visit, and I will visit again if there is a family event in the future. They cleaned up the dishes right away, and the food was replenished frequently so that I could enjoy everything.

I had a good rest. To be honest, the Plaza room is a bit narrow. The deluxe is really narrow. I stayed at the premier suite, but it is not very spacious. It is a bit more spacious. If there were no walls, it would be even more spacious. The amenities are expensive Frederick Malle products, but they are clean and convenient to use.
