This is the Pullman's flagship, surrounded by beautiful scenery of Namsam Mountain.It presents the good hardware after renovation, especially the swimming pool is recognized as the national top 3 along with Banyan Tree and Josun Palace.The guest rooms are spacious with a combination of heritage and luxury. But, the property's greatest pride lies in its excellent software, the best hospitality!

I missed the food photos because I was eating so deliciously. Instead, I took a photo of Einspanner coffee. It was a place famous for its hotel buffet, so I was very disappointed. The food was especially delicious, and the dessert was also very pretty and good.

I went with a package deal, and it was great because it included happy hour (buffet), breakfast, sauna, and urban escape. It was great value for money. My child is in 4th grade and he was very satisfied.

This is the outside of the hotel as seen from the 10th floor. I saw it on TV and was curious, so I stayed there... Dinner and breakfast were both good, and I was lucky enough to meet Shin Jong-cheol. It was quiet, the room was clean, and overall, I was satisfied.

The rooms are very small, but overall, the hotel is clean and has a sophisticated atmosphere.

I used the King's Buffet. The pasta and overall the food was bland. I think it would have been delicious if it had been a little more seasoned. And I was really surprised when someone, whether it was a staff member or a customer, broke a plate. What was disappointing was the staff's response.

The staff were so friendly that I want to visit again.

I visited to inquire about the rental and they gave me very friendly advice. The staff escorted me and guided me step by step. They clearly told me what was allowed and what was not allowed. They even gave me an accurate estimate of whether additional costs would occur and how much it would cost. It was very helpful.

The view of Namsan is beautiful and the lobby atmosphere is also like the end of the year! The bedding is so cozy and nice. I didn't use the pool because I didn't swim, but I was satisfied with the hotel.

It's not too crowded, so it's good for resting. Breakfast was changed from The King's to the lounge, so I paid extra and used it at The King's. It wasn't too crowded, so it was comfortable and good for the guests. It's not big or grand, but it seems good for resting quietly.

The food at the Groceria was delicious. I had burrata cheese salad, abalone cream pasta, lobster pasta, and hamburger. The abalone cream pasta was really delicious. All the other foods were delicious, but for my taste, abalone was the best!

I had a great opportunity to enjoy a staycation. The Ambassador Pullman Hotel has great service and is located in the center of Seoul, so transportation is very convenient. The buffet is really delicious. The bedding is also good. It is easy to control the temperature in the Ondol room, and the bathroom is especially nice because the toilet and shower are separated. The interior is clean. The view was of Namsan Tower, but it was a little disappointing because it was on the 5th floor. I used the swimming pool fitness center, and the water temperature was just right. There is no separate stretching zone in the fitness center, but there is a phone charger. Ambassador is so cute, and I enjoyed Ambassador's good service!

Ondol room^^ It was my first time in an ondol room, but the heating was really good and the interior atmosphere was nice. I was also very satisfied with the buffet.

The room opposite Namsan View is also very nice^^ The floor-to-ceiling windows are clean and thanks to the good weather, you can see far away clearly. The service is good, and the bedding and food are... This is a hotel without any complaints. The bread from the Groceria is also delicious. The valet service is also excellent.

This is my second visit to the afternoon tea set after the mango. The mango was delicious, but I would say that the Shine Muscat is much more refreshing and clean. Haha. It was twice as delicious as the pleasure of looking and eating.

The view was great because it was Namsan. The room condition was also okay. But the soundproofing was really bad. The air conditioner control was broken..ㅜ I think it would be good if you paid some attention to that part.

I had a comfortable and happy summer vacation with my friends at the Pullman Hotel. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly. I would visit again.

I feel it every time I go, but the water quality of Urban Escape is so dirty~ Hair, various foreign substances 😢 The food is good and plentiful for the price!! I am satisfied with the valet parking, breakfast, and kindness. I saw a celebrity in the underground swimming pool *.*)

Everyone was kind, the bedding was nice, and the view was great. It's perfect for a staycation!! The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that the room wasn't perfectly cleaned. ㅎㅎㅎ Still, I had a good stay. I think it was the best ho-kang :) I booked the Lee Gyu Executive King and was able to enjoy afternoon tea while waiting for check-in right away, which was great! (Don't expect the taste to be great, haha) Starting with this, there were many hearty menus for happy hour and breakfast, so I ate and drank deliciously 🍷 The wine and whiskey were unlimited, so I used them conveniently on my own! The underground swimming pool opened at 6 am, which was nice. The outdoor swimming pool also had a dome roof, so I imagined how nice it would be on a rainy day haha All the staff were professional and kind, and I was satisfied with the Namsan Tower view from the room! It was Pullman that I wanted to visit again and again 🥰

Following last year, I went to the Ambassador Seoul Pullman Hotel again this year. Breakfast at The Kings! It was really delicious. It was quiet when I went at 7:30, but after 8:00, many customers started coming down. I ordered a can of cola, but it was 6,000 won. Please note~~^^

This time, I used the outdoor pool, Urban Escape, but the water was warm and not as cold as I thought, so I was a little disappointed...ㅠStill, it was fun playing in the water with the kids for the first time in a while.

I went on a weekend staycation for the first time, and all the staff on the 18th floor of the Ambassador were so kind, the view was so pretty, and the food was all delicious. The afternoon tea, happy hour, and breakfast were all good. There was a delicious menu at happy hour, but it was sold out, so it was replaced with another menu, so I was disappointed with the 10% discount, but everything else was delicious, so the water quality at the Pass Pool was great, and the bar cocktails were delicious. The downside is that I don't know if it's because I'm sensitive, but I could hear laughter until dawn, whether it was in the room next door or the floor above where they were partying late at night... But the view and everything was the best, so I would 100% visit again. Make sure to make a reservation on the Ambassador website^^ The package prices are cheaper and more substantial than other sites.

I stayed at the Ambassador Seoul Pullman Executive King Room for a one-night staycation. During my last visit on Friday and Saturday, it was fully booked, so happy hour was divided into three parts and there were too many people, but this time there were just the right number of people, so I was able to leisurely enjoy breakfast, happy hour, and afternoon tea. When I checked in, they gave me a body pillow and humidifier for pregnant women first, so I was really impressed with the service. ㅎㅎ The happy hour hot foods were all delicious, the fruits were in good condition, and the rice noodles were especially delicious...!!! I think it's a good value staycation. I used the sauna and indoor/outdoor swimming pool as many times as I wanted without any restrictions!! I think it would be good to visit with a baby next time. There were a lot of families and couples😆 Thanks to you, I had a good rest.

It's a 5-star hotel, but the service was much worse than expected. There was no strawberry jam, which is a basic item, for afternoon tea, and no olive oil dressing, which is a basic item for breakfast - I wanted some olive oil dressing, so I asked if they could give me some, even if it was the kind used in the kitchen, but they told me in a very rude way that they couldn't provide it (and they didn't even apologize). It was very disappointing. There was only one valet who struggled by himself ㅠ (When I arrived, I had to take my suitcase out of the trunk myself). No matter how expensive the labor cost is, why come to a 5-star hotel like this? ㅠㅠ There's no comparison with the Shilla Hotel in terms of service. Please stick to the basics.

I made a reservation for the outdoor swimming pool Urban Escape and went on a vacation with my family, but the pool was smaller than I expected, and when I asked for towels, they gave me small, thin towels like face towels, and I had to ask for them to give me one per person. I've been to many 5-star hotels in Korea, but this is the first time I've seen such a cheap swimming pool with such cheap towels. This is a 5-star hotel, right? But the price-to-performance ratio was good. And the pool bar food and breakfast were delicious. The renovated Chinese restaurant Hobin is not that great for the price. The food is bland, so I recommend it to those who want to eat healthy.

I complained right away at the Pool House Terrace next to Urban Escape because the menu came out late and the fish and chips were cold. The apology was kind, but there was no explanation as to why it came out so late or why it was cold. I don't understand... I had fun playing in the water at the hotel and the course lunch at Haobin was delicious. The scallops, abalone, nanjawans, and jjambbong were all great. The service was very comfortable and kind. (In the fish and chips, the fish was fried whole and it smelled a bit. It seems like it needs to be inspected...)

There is a special menu in the lounge that is different from other hotels! I recommend you try Kai Mak Bingsu at least once.

I didn't stay here, but I went to see the Embird painting exhibition. Isn't this a great idea? The parody of Dali and Vermeer was really fun. Every time I see that Wang Embird doll, it's so cute that I want to adopt it. I liked that they guided me kindly even though I wasn't a guest.

The pool is right there when you open the door to the room, so it was convenient and it was my second visit and it was great. The breakfast was good and it's great for a staycation :) There are no disposable items, so make sure to bring a toothbrush and toothpaste. Please note that you can use the body and shampoo that are in containers.

I visited with a friend and her child, and I was surprised and touched that they prepared a comfortable sofa seat and even prepared children's dishes in advance! They were kind, and I was worried that the truffle afternoon tea set would be too strong, but it was so delicious that I ate everything without leaving anything behind. Not only the truffle scent, but real truffles were often added, and you could even see caviar! It was a satisfying afternoon tea time.
