Great for a one night stay for the price :) Recommended.

This is the worst. Don't go. When I checked in, the staff asked for my ID, but when I said I left it behind, they said I might not be able to check in without it. I hurriedly looked for my mobile ID, but I recently changed my phone and the information was gone. In an awkward situation, I asked if it was okay to not have my ID, and they said, "We need to verify with personal information," and only then did they ask for my name and phone number. If that's the case, why didn't they give me instructions from the beginning? While we were waiting standing, other customers were waiting behind us for a long time. And we had a free accommodation voucher (including breakfast) for the first day and paid on-site for the second day (no breakfast), but when I asked them to stamp it for the third day because we wanted to eat breakfast on the third morning, they said it was included on the first day and that I had to eat it on the second morning. So, can't we just pay on-site for the first day and use the accommodation voucher for the second day? 4 stars..? I don't think so.

The breakfast is delicious, the room is clean, and the staff is friendly, so I like it.

Parking is available for 15,000 won per night when staying at the hotel.

The entire building is occupied by food and beverage stores, so it is advantageous that you can eat without going far. Parking fees are charged separately to guests staying at the hotel, so please refer to this.

To enjoy Christmas in Seoul, we stayed at Nine Tree in Insa-dong for our last trip. The atmosphere of Christmas was very Christmassy with the night lantern parade in Cheonggyecheon, the Christmas market in Gwanghwamun, and the facade of Shinsegae. Our last destination for our 5-week trip to Korea was Parnas in Insa-dong. It was a fulfilling and informative trip that was packed until the last day with an early morning walk in Insa-dong and gift shopping.

Perfect for a one-day stay. The best place for a Seoul tour^^..

It was my first time here. Hello. I enjoyed looking around Insadong and staying quietly. I had a hard time because there was no parking space.

It's good because the transportation is convenient~ There are no disposable toothpaste or toothbrush. However, there are paper cups in the room~ (You can use the vending machine that sells them on the 5th floor.) I didn't take a picture of the view from the room because it was a view of the building in front~ I'm satisfied with the room condition for the price. It's connected to Insadong, so I was satisfied with it~ There's a pop exhibition going on right now, so there was a DC after checking with the hotel reservation holder, but I found out about it later, so it was a shame. I was able to enjoy breakfast without any burden.

There is too much dust on the blanket. I wish the air conditioner worked better on humid days. The staff's kindness and sincerity are excellent! ❤️

It's a good place to stay while walking around Insadong with your child.

This hotel is inexpensive compared to the cost of living in Seoul, and its location is good, so it's good for visiting various tourist attractions while staying at this hotel. Breakfast was available for 22,000 won with a discount for hotel guests, and the taste was acceptable, so if you're staying for multiple nights, it's a good idea to eat breakfast at the hotel for one day and eat at a nearby restaurant the other days. Overall, the staff's service was lacking, and in the case of the gym, there were only a few treadmills and dumbbells, and the air was very stuffy because there was no ventilation, but considering the low price, it was tolerable.

It seems like an attractive place for foreign tourists. The policy of operating air conditioning and heating facilities during the off-season is disappointing, as it is not befitting of a 4-star hotel...

This is my third time staying at Insadong Nine Tree. It has a view of Jogyesa Temple, and is right in front of Ssamziegil. The conditions are the same, but sometimes I am assigned a room with a bathtub and sometimes I am assigned a room without. The entrance to the parking lot is Hello Insadong. The entrance and exit are very wide. There is a convenience store in the same building. It is more cozy than the business-like feel of nearby business hotels, and unlike Orakai Insadong, it has a sink and is not completely home-like, so it is good for light sightseeing. The sink is outside the bathroom, so it is convenient to wash your hands as soon as you enter.

It's clean and nice~! There are many restaurants and cafes in the accommodation building, and there's also a flea market~ If I have the chance, I'd like to stay there again! However, it seems like the soundproofing isn't very good.

London Bagel Anguk branch is also in nearby Goinsa-dong, so it seems to have a good location. Checkout extension of 2 hours (2.2)

It was great because it was close to the subway station, Hanok Village, and Gyeongbokgung Palace~^^ I was a bit surprised that the parking fee for guests was 15,000 won, but parking was available, and the view from the hotel room was so beautiful. The room was spacious, had a bathtub, and the soundproofing was good.

It has a safe so it's perfect for travelers. The location is good and you can rest well.

The rooms are quite small, but if you go out to the lobby, it's easy to go sightseeing in Insadong. The bus stop is close, so it's good to leave the car and go. I made a reservation for 3 people as a family, but I was disappointed that they didn't provide extra slippers. The view of Jogyesa Temple is not bad. However, they charge 15,000 won per night for parking for guests? Huh?!! It was a bit scary, but I already confirmed it when I made the reservation,,,,The heating works very well. It's very dry, but it's very warm in the cold winter, and it's cozy from the lobby.

We were a group of four with a view of Jogyesa Temple. The bedding was good and clean. The water pressure was not too weak, but it was a little weaker than a private home. There was no problem with washing. The heating was good and the soundproofing was quiet. We had breakfast, and it was good. It was equipped with just the food we needed. It was close to the hot places of Bukchon Village, Gwanghwamun, and Insadong, so it was a very good place to stay.

I like it because it has a view of Jogyesa Temple! Best value for money on weekdays

It's a perfect place to just wander around Insadong.

The hotel I visited for the meeting was clean and there were many restaurants nearby, so it was convenient to eat there.
