I go there every time I go to Seoul. The price is good, the staff is friendly, and the service is good. The breakfast is also delicious~~~

There were a lot of people because it was the end of the year, but it didn't feel noisy or crowded. I'll make another reservation next time.

If you want to go to Gwanghwamun, Insadong, or Ikseondong, choose here. Public transportation is really convenient.

It was nice, but it was a bit of a hassle to find the entrance~^^

The egg soup and octopus bibim noodles were too salty. It was okay for the price.

I could barely sleep because of the mosquitoes. Thinking about the night I lost sleep over the price I paid, it was a waste of money and it was the most dissatisfying experience I've had at Shilla Stay. The silicone mold behind the sink faucet and the mold on the tiles near the bathtub need to be removed. The staff were friendly, but the room condition was absurd compared to the price.

Everything was great, but I couldn't sleep because of the noise outside even though I was on the 12th floor and opened the window. It was my first time here and I was really tired. I walked more than 20,000 steps all day and was so tired that I almost fell asleep, but I couldn't stand the noise.

There were so many moths and flies in the room. No matter how many times I caught them, they kept coming back. It was nice that it was close to Gyeongbokgung Palace and the museum.

The room was smaller than I thought, so there was no space to open the suitcase. But it was quiet, so I had a good rest.

There was a hole in the blanket..ㅋㅋㅋㅋ, but overall it was clean and the location was good so it was a good place to stay! 😋

The bedding was clean and there was a wait time for breakfast due to the holiday, but it was delicious. I had planned to stay for one night, but I stayed an extra night and had a good rest. I will visit again~

Among the Shilla Stay branches, this one is the worstㅠㅠ As soon as you enter, you start to smell musty (moldy), and after that, the bedding and cleaning are all dirty...😣 It seems hard to find any other advantages besides the fact that it's near Gwanghwamun.

I went on a trip with my mom, and the view of Jogyesa Temple was beautiful and I had a quiet rest! I want to use it again next time.

Kindness. The room I was first assigned was stuffy with a blocked view. I requested a room change and they responded quickly to my request. Breakfast: A colorful breakfast unique to Shilla Stay. Lounge bar (evening drinks) is not recommended... but if you want to eat something simple without leaving the accommodation, you can go there.

I went to get some fresh air and ended up visiting on the same day. The staff were friendly and I was overall satisfied. The parking method was unfamiliar to people from other regions. However, since we had a baby and luggage, they saw us unloading things and said, "Oh, I'll carry it to the entrance!!" and tried to help us. I was so grateful.

I got a free upgrade from a basic room to a spacious triple room, and the room was definitely spacious and had an extra super single bed, but the view was really terrible. I couldn't see anything except the building right next door. I think all triple rooms are like this due to the building's structure.

I think I've been coming here every year for several years now. It's nice that it's close to Gwanghwamun. I had a good rest.

It was comfortable and nice, but they were a bit rude when it came to same-day reservations! The hotel is also in a good location.

I had a staycation with my friends in Seoul. There were many restaurants and attractions nearby, so I saw a lot and ate a lot of delicious food. The soundproofing is really bad. I can hear everything from the rooms above, below, and next door. It's a business hotel, so there's no groaning, but I can hear footsteps from the room above. It's much noisier than most motels.

I spent a night with a friend from the US and chatted all night long. It was convenient because there were many things to see and eat nearby, such as Insa-dong, Ikseon-dong, and Gyeongbokgung Palace.

Overall, it feels older than other branches. Still, the staff were friendly and responded quickly, so it was nice!

In addition to the reservation fee, parking fee is added. It costs 10,000 won per night and 5,000 won for each time you leave and enter. The location is good and the staff is friendly, but the room was not cleaned at all. ㅜㅜ I checked in in the evening, but it seemed like they didn't change the bed sheets. There were a lot of short men's hairs. Fortunately, I brought a tape cleaner and cleaned it myself. ㅜㅜ When I came back the next day, there were only towels and tidied up places, but there was a lot of dust rolling around on the floor. It seemed like they didn't clean well and didn't care.. I've stayed in many hotels here and there, but this is the first time I've ever been to a place where the cleaning was this bad. 😮 I guess it's because it's a 3-star business hotel, but next time I come to Seoul, I'll stay somewhere else. 😞

It's a business hotel, but it was okay to stay with children. It's easy to walk to Sejong-ro, Gwanghwamun, Gyeongbokgung Palace, and Anguk Bukchon. There are good restaurants in Anguk and Bukchon, and you can walk to Cheonggyecheon or Euljiro 3-ga and Myeongdong in 20-30 minutes. The location was great. The view was of a company building, except for the Jogyesa Temple view, and the room I was assigned had a view of the company, so it was a little disappointing, but the room had a bathtub, so it was good for relieving fatigue in the evening.

I'm really not one to write reviews unless they're positive, but I'm so disappointed that I have a lot to write. 1. The push-button toilet flush device in the guest room bathroom was broken, which was inconvenient. 2. I visited for breakfast (during operating hours, mid-hour), but there was a lack of food and utensils, which was inconvenient (the number of staff seemed to be insufficient). 3. There were pieces of styrofoam floating in the rice noodles on the breakfast menu. I thought basic management was lacking. 4. There were too few elevators for the number of guests, so we had to wait for a long time, which was inconvenient. In addition, there was a shortage of plaster air freshener, so a doll was provided without prior notice, and the card key was broken, which was inconvenient. This was clearly a problematic accommodation.

Great location! It's close to Sejong Center for the Performing Arts when there's a performance. The bedding is comfortable too!

I booked this place for a Seoul tour during the vacation. It's great for walking around and sightseeing. There are a lot of restaurants nearby, so you can have breakfast. I want to visit other locations next time.

The rooms are cozy and of a reasonable size, making them quite suitable for a business hotel. The staff are also quite friendly. However, I made a big mistake by finding hair on the bed after checking in. I would not visit again.

The location is good for moving around and staying for a while, but I think those who stayed on Friday and Saturday would have felt the same, and since there is a lot of waiting for breakfast, time is limited, so if you go leisurely, there are times when you can't eat or you have to hurry and leave, and no matter how dirty the food counter is, there is no staff to clean it up. Is it just a feeling of filling time? I feel grateful if there is a food refill even if it is late..? From what I felt after visiting several branches in one week, the bathroom hygiene was lacking in common, and the soundproofing and facilities were poor, so the handling of service requests was seriously lacking, and there were many uncomfortable situations depending on who was in charge at the front desk.

Shilla Stay Gwanghwamun Park in the underground parking lot, get off on the first floor, then transfer to another elevator and go to the front desk on the 8th floor. Follow the friendly instructions of the staff to raise the indoor temperature to 30 degrees. It was cold when I first went in. There was no humidifier, which was a shame in the winter. The bed mattress was firm and soft enough, so it was comfortable. It was a shame that I couldn't use the breakfast.

It seems like a good place to rest because it's quiet. The parking lot is a bit small.
