Military Hotel! I came to the Locaus Hotel on vacation and went on a vacation alone!! The view was great and it was the best!

I love buffets. They're close by and a great place.

Parking fee is 10,000 won. Bedding is clean. It was cold. Location is good.

Nine Tree Locus Yongsan is located near Yongsan Station. It is a great place to visit tourist attractions such as Itaewon, the National Museum of Korea, Yeouido, and Gyeongbokgung Palace. It is also conveniently located for moving to Seongsu-dong, Gangnam, etc. The swimming pool and breakfast are also excellent. It is the best value for money hotel.

You can buy toothpaste and toothbrush at GS25 on B1, so you don't have to go far to buy itㅎㅎThere was no curling iron, but there was a hair dryer. There was a wine bottle opener/beer bottle opener on the shelf. There were also wine glasses, plates, mugs, etc. Everything was great, but one thing that was disappointing was that the room was a little chilly even though I turned the heating up to the max because it was the middle of winter😅 I had a good rest in the spacious and clean room~~

When I came to Seoul from the countryside, I thought this was the best hotel for accessibility. Everyone was friendly from the front desk and the room condition was good, but the downside was that the elevator took longer than other places when checking out.

When I have to stay in Seoul, I often visit Yongsan's 'Nine Tree Premier Locus Hotel' because it is easily accessible from Myeongdong and Yeouido. While searching for a hotel in Yongsan, I found Locaus, which opened about a year ago. It was originally called Yongsa's House, but they rebuilt it. Maybe that's why there are soldier dolls in the lobby. I paid extra to get a view of the Han River, and it's not like the view of the Han River is just outside the window. It looks more spacious than a room without it because there are more windows. Yongsan Station and I-Park Mall are right next to it, and there are many restaurants lined up in front and behind the Hive building. The hotel has a casual and simple atmosphere, which is nice, and the location is perfect, so I booked a 2-night stay. ^^ I think the price is cheap considering the conditions. ♡ Check-out is at 11:00, but parking is available until 12:00, so I was able to eat Korean beef gomtang at the Purzio Summit shopping mall across the street, drink coffee at Starbucks, and leave at 12:00, which was nice. ^^ (You have to pay an additional 15,000 won for daily parking.)

4-star hotel swimming pool. Adults pay 15,000 won (2 hours). The time is divided into hours. You can't go for more than 2 hours. I went at 8 am because I thought there would be a lot of people. It seems to be a relatively quiet time. Lifeguards are always on standby. The water is clean, and there are hot water pools and children's pools. It was smaller than I thought. There are also 5 shower rooms? When there are a lot of people, you have to play a game of wits and come out early or late. There are beach towels and regular towels, and there is a spinner in the shower room. There are shampoo, treatment, body wash, and body lotion. (Everything you need in a hotel room is there.)

This is my second stay at the 4-star Nine Tree Locus Premier because of my son who is in the military. The staff were very kind and nice. It was a shame that there weren't many machines in the gym, and when I went to work out, a young couple was working out, and they kept holding onto one machine and were the only ones doing it, so I went back three times and they didn't move, which was a bit disappointing. But overall, I'm satisfied. The parking fee is 15,000 won per night. I arrived at night, had breakfast in the morning, and checked out right away, so I felt a bit sorry and regretful. Now that I'm discharged, I don't think I'll be going there again, so I'm even more disappointed.

It's right next to Yongsan Station, so it's easy to take the train or subway, and the city view is great. The breakfast is also okay. The downside is that there's no sink in the bathroom, which is inconvenient. The bathroom door closes a little strangely, but it's hard to explain in words. Anyway, water can splash outside. If you don't make a cheap reservation, you'll even have to pay extra... It's not much different from the Novotel next door. Still, the pros and cons of a new building cannot be ignored.
