Four Points by Sheraton Chosun Seoul Station

It is very convenient because it is connected to Seoul Station by an underground passage, so you can use the train and subway without going outside. The staff is friendly. If you have Gold Elite Marriott Bonvoy membership, you will be provided with two drinks. There is an Olive Young convenience store in the same building, and there are many good restaurants nearby. The rooms are also clean and comfortable.

The view is good, the room condition is good, and it's clean. However, the wind is a bit strong, and the amenities (water purifier, microwave, etc.) in front of the elevator on each floor are noisy because of people using them in the middle of the night.

I used it for the Sookmyung Women's University essay test. The staff was friendly and the accommodation was clean. I was a little worried after reading the reviews, but it was close to the test site and the breakfast and accommodation were good. However, the heater was so loud that I woke up twice in the middle of the night. So I turned off the heater and slept.

It's very close to Seoul Station, and it's a clean, simple, and cost-effective hotel. And the staff are very friendly. It's a shame I couldn't take pictures of the room and I only slept, so I couldn't use most of the facilities, but for those coming to Seoul from the provinces by KTX, it's a very satisfactory choice.

I've been to many hotels so far, but the customer service was the worst. I wonder if it's really a 4-star hotel. The check-in time is 3:00, but when I tried to check in at almost 4:00, they told me to wait 45 more minutes. They didn't give me a sufficient explanation and just told me to have a welcome drink and leave, which made me even angrier. I was so annoyed that I had to pay for this inconvenience and it was my first time experiencing this, so I was shocked. If the staff had explained the reason well and shown an apologetic attitude, I wouldn't have been this angry, but they just made a formal apology. When I asked if all they had to say was that they were sorry, they said "yes", which really made me speechless. They delayed my check-out by 2 hours, but because of my schedule, I didn't need it and I didn't want to stay. I won't come here again.

The staff attitude is really bad. It is incomparable to the service at the Busan Grand Josun. Is there such a difference in friendliness depending on the level? It was the most pleasant experience among the 4-star hotels in Seoul.

The room was not cleaned well. There were stains on the carpet, water stains in the bathroom, and dust all over the room and bathroom. I stay at a hotel for a week every month on business, but this is the first time I've been in a room like this. I try to avoid hotels with carpeted floors, but since it was close, I made a reservation once during a Marriott promotion period, so the rooms were fully booked... I couldn't change it, and I sneezed the whole week I stayed, which was really hard. I don't know if it was because of the dust or the mites, but if I hadn't received an air purifier, how would I have gotten through the rest of my trip... If it's difficult to manage, how about taking down the curtains and putting up blinds? ㅠㅠ The room didn't get much sunlight, so the darkness was uncomfortable, but when I opened the window to ventilate, the curtains didn't open completely, so there was a lot of dust... It was a shame that the room was full of dust for a whole week.

The front desk staff were very friendly and the room condition was excellent.

It's a high floor so the view is good, but it's right in front of Seoul Station so you can hear the subway noise until night. Breakfast didn't have many options for the price and the taste was average. The staff wasn't particularly friendly either. They weren't unfriendly either...but since it's a hotel, I wish they'd be a bit more friendly. You can go from the subway to the hotel via the basement during the holiday, but since there were almost no stores, I tried going from the ground level, but it was a bit scary at night. It's an old neighborhood and there were homeless people. I recommend just going to the basement. It might be better on weekdays...since there are office workers there, there aren't many people on the weekends.

It was a place that was clean, nice, and the staff was friendly, so it made me feel good😄😄

It's very good. I think it would be better if you cleaned the dust inside the ceiling light bulb in the room.

The location is great and the view is great too. I don't even need to say anything about the condition. I'm very satisfied.

It's close to Seoul Station, so transportation is convenient. It's a good place to rest.
