After 10 years ㅋㅋ I went ice skating and fell and bruised my knee badly, but these are all memories. What a sweet and strong hot chocolate, it was really delicious ㅎㅎ But the calories + sugar were crazy ㅋㅋㅋ But it was delicious, so it was okay!

I went there to have a meal and coffee on the weekend, and there were about 5 groups waiting. The view and the atmosphere were absolutely great, and the coffee was just so-so. I would always 100% visit again!!

There were a lot of people because it was a holiday. It was a great place to skate while enjoying the night view of Seoul.

Grand Hyatt Seoul is a place I often go for vacations, but the high-quality live jazz performance at 'Paris Bar' starting at 8 PM is truly the best🎹🎻🎷🥁Under the leadership of bassist Choi Jun-hyeok of Jazz Music Korea, all the jazz scenes🎬 Listening to each song made me feel like the main character in my life's movie, it was an evening filled with wonderful and charming songs. I stayed here to rest during the Lunar New Year holidays, but there were too many people. Check-in took over an hour, and the line to eat at the club lounge was long. The biggest problem was that the soundproofing was so bad that it was hard to sleep.

I used the ice rink before check-in! I used it on a weekday during opening hours, so there weren't many people and I had a great time. There were safety personnel on duty, and it wasn't dangerous for children to ride alone. The outdoor heater was well-equipped, and I took off my coat because it was hot in the middle of the ride. Gloves are mandatory, and you can buy them at the desk for a low price. All the staff members are friendly. The view was much prettier in the evening, but if you're with children, I recommend going in the morning! ⛸️⛸️

Every weekend, I practice my reading routine at the hotel lounge. The latte tastes good. I passed. The large windows and sunlight are nice, but it's more fun to come to Grand Hyatt at night.

I visited Grand Hyatt for a family trip towards the end of the year😀😀😀It was my first visit in a long time, but I was very satisfied with the staff's service. The rooms were classic but well-maintained. The restaurant was also very nice and breakfast was well-prepared. I also used the ice rink, and it felt like I went back to my childhood. I think I was able to spend the end of the year meaningfully😀😀😀😍😍😍😎😎😎👍

I went to the ice rink. First of all, please note that you cannot enter without gloves. If you do not, you must purchase gloves in front to enter, so make sure to bring gloves!! I am not good at skating and fell down a lot, so my whole body hurts now, but I still want to go again. It is really breathtakingly beautiful. I loved the hot chocolate I had when I was shivering from the cold after having fun. If there is ramen to eat while swimming in the summer, there is hot chocolate to eat while skating in the winter!!! They rent out walking devices and helmets for people who are not good at skating, and they also provide bandages? covers? for people with heel or ankle pain. Please visit once before winter passes.

Hyatt View, which I think is the best in terms of location~ The basic hotel coffee costs over 10,000 won, but I like that Americano is 6,500 won, which is very reasonable.

I went to JJ for a friends gathering! It seems like they reopened and the main menu has been reduced! But the prices seem to have become more reasonable!! The atmosphere is still the same!! The live band and sound (microphone) are a bit disappointing!! It was nice to feel the year-end atmosphere after a long time.

The view was great, it was clean, and the staff were friendly, so I had a great time. The buffet was also delicious and great.

I came to buy a friend's cake.. The fun of looking at various cakes by season and the fun of choosing. Lulu.. Today, I bought the basic 65,000 won strawberry cake. The mini dessert cake was also well priced. Very good.. ㅋ The prices have gone up so much that I didn't know hotel prices would feel reasonable..

I received great service at a nice hotel with my family. The kids had a great time at the skating rink. The breakfast was delicious. As expected from the Grand Hyatt. Thank you to Robin, who was so kind when I got in the taxi at the end. Thanks to you, I want to go again.

I bought mini cakes at Deli and they were so delicious... There were a lot of varieties and most of all the staff were so friendly...

It's now!! The best time to stay at Grand Hyatt Namsan... Namsan is so far away. The colorful view is crazy. The autumn leaves are so pretty. The wide open view of Haebangchon from the gallery. The view of the Han River from the guest room (a little far away..). You can see Sauron Tower and Namsan Tower. The view is really amazing.

When visiting the terrace buffet, make sure to reserve and pay through Naver to receive a discount!!

The Grand Hyatt Seoul is a wonderful place with a solid arched pillar arrangement and a view of the Seoul cityscape on the other side! I had a satisfying time just sitting in the lounge.

I used it for a Chuseok holiday vacation! It was great to have a vacation because I even received food and beverage credits with Let It Summer Escape~ I could only use the swimming pool once because it was a public holiday. However, the soundproofing of the room was not as good as I thought, and the room next to the elevator was too noisy because the pulley noise was too loud. I wanted a green view, so I chose Namsan View, and I was assigned a high floor, so the view was fantastic! I used the steakhouse with the food and beverage credit, and the staff were so kind and the food was good, so next time I'm going to go just use the restaurant~ I was a bit skeptical about the parking fee that isn't what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel and the lack of some services, but overall, it's great for a vacation because of the location, etc.! Breakfast wasn't as good as I expected, but it was good😄 I'll visit again when it turns into an ice rink in the winter~!!

I used a sunbed and there were beers, cocktails, snacks, room cards, and pool tickets on the sunbed table. When I came back after using the jacuzzi and pool, there were other people lying in my spot and they asked me to clean up the food. The food was slowly being cleaned up and they said they left the room cards and pool tickets at reception and I could just get them. It's amazing that something like this could happen in a 5-star hotel.

It was my first visit and it was so good~ I was torn between the Namsan view and the Hangang view, but I'm glad I chose the Namsan view. I've only seen the Hangang view at Signiel, Sofitel, and Hotel Naru M Gallery, so seeing the Namsan view like this felt special! And I made a reservation for teppan before checking in and it was really delicious. I think the course where you make a reservation, eat teppan, and check in is really good!

Why I love this place. I can't miss the sauna.

The outdoor pool is 1.8 to 1.5 meters deep, so most adults can't even touch the water, so it's not a place to stop and rest while swimming. The jacuzzi is just one small plastic one. There are plenty of sunbeds for experts or those who only use the sunbeds around the pool. The indoor pool is also 1.5 to 1.3 meters deep, so it seems like it's okay for experts to swim continuously, but for average swimmers, the water pressure is suffocating. I recommend this place only to really expert swimmers. The rest of you will have a hard time staying in the water. The bathroom in the standard room is ㅠ They say it's under renovation, but aside from being narrow, it's really hard to adjust the temperature because of the old-fashioned shower curtain that you don't see in luxury hotels and the very uncomfortable water tank. It's narrow, the shower curtain sticks, and it's hard to adjust the water temperature ㅠ The facilities are inferior to those of business hotels in many ways. The facilities on the first floor and the view are good.

Lounge drinks are great! The view is amazing! I think it's better at night than during the day!

It felt like there were very few facilities for the number of guests!! If there was more space, The Terrace would be more spacious~🤡🤡🤡❤️ The staff were very, very kind and professional, and they truly comforted guests who felt uncomfortable due to the lack of facilities.. I don't think I'll go back in the middle of summer✔️The check-in wait took more than 1 hour and 30 minutes😡✔️Check-in was late, so the changing of clothes was late, the pool usage time was too short, and drinks were late. I couldn't even enter the pool✔️There's no place to drink in the evening. All the places to enjoy were full, so I ordered from Baemin in the room.. Spring, summer, fall, winter, the view of Namsan is beautiful at any time. The lobby is overwhelmingly grand, and the spacious grounds are great for walking. The hydrangeas in full bloom on the walking path were all great. It's the perfect place for those who enjoy staying inside, looking at the scenery, eating delicious food, and taking a deep breath, rather than going on a vacation where they play around here and there.

We had a Namsan view! We couldn't go on a summer vacation so we went on a staycation instead, but we had such a fun and happy day.

It's a 5-star hotel, but the water quality of the outdoor pool isn't that great. The toilet paper roll doesn't press down and falls over. You have to open it by hand. I think this needs to be fixed. The hair dryer is a Unix. The air purifier and humidifier are vintage. Other than that, the hotel is friendly and satisfactory.

1 night 2 days vacation. 18th floor room on a high hill. The view is amazing. It's a suite, but the room is not that big... There is no bathroom in the living room... The interior is old and boring, but it is neat and clean. I had a comfortable rest. It rained a lot, so it rained a lot in the smoking area, which was a bit uncomfortable.

We had a family meal on the weekend, and the buffet area wasn't crowded and was spacious, which was nice~~~ However, the people grilling meat outside looked like they were having a hard time because of the smoke🙄 The smoke was so thick, I guess the ventilation system isn't working well.. I think the workers need to improve their environment~

I looked around the area to find a restaurant or restaurant to eat at, but I came in empty-handed. I decided to just order room service and ordered jajangmyeon, LA galbi, tiramisu, and a bowl of rice. First of all, the portion is large. The jajangmyeon has a lot of seafood and meat in it and it’s not spicy, so even people who can’t eat spicy food can eat it. The ribs were delicious and there was a lot of food left (there was enough left over for a few the next morning). The tiramisu was also delicious. However, the cream was like whipped cream on top, so I couldn’t really taste the mascarpone flavor. The overall taste was good, but the portion was too much for us, so I thought I should order one menu and buy something else simple next time. In conclusion, I didn’t regret eating it, but I finished it thinking I’d want to eat it again next time, so it was delicious.

I only went to Namsan View, but the desk recommended the city view, so I did, and the weather was good, so I could see Lotte Tower, right? The pool and gym are nice and clean. The breakfast is delicious!! But the bathroom is very old and has some errors.

The sauna is small and quiet, but the route is a bit complicated.

The tiramisu was really delicious. The pecan pie was a little disappointing. It tasted like dates and when I pressed it with a fork, it was smooth and watery, so it didn't feel like I was eating pie.

I went on a vacation and the view from the room was really nice so I came back feeling healed.

It was really disappointing that I had to wait over an hour to check in, but the night view was great! It was unique that they had a cauldron of seolleongtang for breakfast~ It might be worth a visit at least once : )

The room is in good condition, but the bathroom needs repair!!! The shower head holder is broken, so the shower head angle can't be adjusted at all, and a lot of water overflows out of the bathroom. The bathroom is small, and water overflows through the bathtub, the bathroom floor, and into the room, which was very uncomfortable. The angle of the son's room is adjustable, so it was fine... . I hope they will take care of it before they receive customers... 5-star management is lacking... The toilet is old, and it was uncomfortable because there was no bidet. Koreans who stay for 2 nights or more pay a deposit of over 300,000 won for 3 nights... Then they should have posted a notice in advance. When checking in, they didn't even explain the hotel policy, and they just told me to pay the deposit right away and requested a credit card for over 300,000 won. What the heck??? Ridiculous!!! I have to pay a separate 10,000 won for parking. I think it's right to post a notice on the reservation site before making a reservation... . They should operate based on customer satisfaction, not subjective opinions...

Hyatt Skating Rink is a great place to visit in the winter because it has a great atmosphere and there aren't too many people.

It was a strawberry cake that my family was very satisfied with. The picture is a bit off because I took it after the candles were put in, but anyway, among hotel cakes, the Grand Hyatt cake is the most delicious (even if it's not a strawberry cake).
