The hotel is clean and friendly overall. It's nice that you can put a book or tablet down while taking a half-bath. One thing that was inconvenient was that when going to the first floor, you have to go down to the 6th floor lobby and change elevators.

I went to Jahdeng Hebe Cafe, but since it was a luxury hotel, the Amega was too expensive at 14,000 won and the Hibiscus was too expensive at 15,000 won, and the female staff was rude, so I didn't feel good. The room condition is clean, the bedding is cozy, and the view of Seokchon Lake and Lotte Tower is great. Also, the staff is friendly, so I was able to have a comfortable time during my stay. There are many restaurants nearby, and it is close to Lotte World Mall, so there are many things to see, so I recommend this hotel for a fun one-night staycation.

The hotel is right next to Lotte Mall, so it was very accessible. It was almost newly remodeled, but it had a French feel. The lobby was surprisingly narrow, so it felt complicated. I visited Sofitel when it first opened and came back for Christmas after a long time🎄 I was very satisfied with the lake view upgrade + late checkout (13:00) + anniversary cake + breakfast! All the hotel staff were very welcoming, and the bed was a large king size, but the topper didn't sink in too much, so I could sleep well! I also liked the amenities, which were my favorite Diptyque Philosykos! One thing that changed since the move was that you have to pay 33,000 won to have food delivered to your room! Since Sofitel is part of Accor, it's good for Western food and pastries, so be sure to sign up for breakfast, and for chocolate lovers, I recommend the Jardin d'Iver (6th floor) cafe👍🏻

I had something to celebrate, so my brother bought me lunch, so we went to a quiet and leisurely place. I had a glass of wine, pasta, and a burger. The food was generally salty and difficult.

The Sofitel view really has something to see in each season. The cherry blossoms in the spring are nice, but the view of the World Mall Tree View and Seokchon Lake Luminarie in the winter is also fantastic. The mirror zone that greets you as soon as you enter the room makes you exclaim “Wow” every time you see it. The room is not that big, but the large windows and space utilization are good, so it doesn’t feel stuffy. The bathtub and shower room are both spacious, which is nice. The area in front of the reception elevator is very complicated, but the staff member who guides you there checks on each and every guest and guides them. I thought it was amazing. There were a lot of people coming and going, but they guided everyone without leaving anyone out and kept smiling. I highly recommend it.

I went to the cafe in Sofitel before going to Jamsil wedding and had a cup of coffee. The dessert and coffee were so delicious that I ended up staying there. The atmosphere is good, the staff is kind, and most of all, the location is great. Seokchon Lake Lotte Bangi Meokjagolmok Restaurant... But the staff lacks professionalism (when you ask, they don't know, like interns) and the management lacks professionalism. Didn't you know it would be crowded during breakfast time on the weekend? What are you going to do if you let people in 30 minutes before closing time? There was mold in the shower head in the bathroom. There are several elevators, but they don't come often. I won't go there twice.

I stayed with my kids. The view was good, the bedding was good, and the service was good. However, there was something on the robe and towels, so they changed them right away. There were a lot of families because it was the weekend, but it didn't seem too crowded.

When reserving a basic room, let's reserve a room with 'lake' attached even if there is an additional charge. The lake view increases satisfaction by 200 to 300%. The mirror zone that can be seen as soon as you enter the room will make anyone who sees it for the first time say "Wow." The bathroom and toilet are really nice. If you look closely at the room, it is on the small side, but the layout is well organized so it doesn't feel stuffy. The concierge side is a bit complicated, but there are staff members stationed here and there to give you good directions. Lotte Town Seokchon Lake Songridan-gil is nearby, so it's good to visit.

It was expensive because it was peak season, but that's because the pool is small everywhere during peak season, so I chose a time when there weren't many people and made a reservation so I could swim comfortably. It was my first visit and it was really, really great!!! The view of Seokchon Lake was the best, needless to say, and the room condition, Millesim, and swimming pool were all great. The first time I visited the Sofitel Jamsil Lobby Lounge, it was clean from the first floor as expected from a 5-star hotel, and the lobby lounge was uniquely located on the 6th floor. The lobby lounge photo was clean and modern, and it had the advantage of having an open layout with a view of Seokchon Lake. Specially expensive one night stay for the cherry blossom special. The room was bigger than Lotte World Hotel, so I made a reservation. The pool was too small and there were many couples, so my elementary school daughter just soaked her feet and came out. At check-in, the French female employee who spoke Korean had difficulty communicating, so I changed the twin room to a double room by mistake, and it took 30 minutes to correct it again. Then, instead of an apology, I was scolded to book a double room next time. I made a reservation after calling the hotel twice a week and they recommended a twin room. I went up to the 23rd floor with the instructions they gave me, but the room key didn't work. The French female employee gave me the wrong floor. There were too many people in the cafe and restaurant, so I couldn't go in. In the end, I got room service. When I checked out, they asked me what disposable items I used. This is the first time I drank a disposable black tea in a five-star hotel and felt embarrassed. I felt like I got scolded for spending 580,000 won for one night from January to March to see the cherry blossoms on my birthday while intentionally skipping school for my kids :/

Thanks to Sofitel Wine Days, I came to Sofitel for the first time!! I had a hard time with the Lotte Hotel's unique flashiness but the staff's lack of attention to detail, but I didn't go to Signiel right next door because of the Lotte-like service. But Sofitel was just as good as Park Hyatt in terms of service, atmosphere, staff attitude, enthusiasm, and party planning skills, so I was really satisfied!! I definitely want to come back next time, and I think I'll often stop by the lounge to have brunch or go to the cafe><

Sofitel Ambassador Seoul Hotel🤍 Suite room~ It's big enough for three people, including one more person~ Everything is included, so the original price is close to 70-80, but I made a reservation in advance during an event and got it for almost half the price🤗 It was a weekday, so there weren't many people, which was great~ It rained and was a bit cloudy on the day I checked in.. but the next day it was clear like this🫶🏻

The butter was also delicious, but the chicken I had through room service was a little disappointing. It's so great in many ways. It would have been nice to come during cherry blossom season, but the lake view without cherry blossoms is also really nice. Since we made a reservation for 3 people, we booked a room with a king bed + sofa bed, and although the sofa bed is spacious, it's not soft, so I was full while I was sleeping. There's nothing we can do about it. I'm very satisfied with the bathtub, shower, interior, cleanliness, and other aspects. However, since I booked two rooms when I made the reservation, I called to cancel one, and I confirmed the reservation number I wanted to cancel so that the person answering the phone wouldn't get confused, but when I went there on the day of my stay, I was upset when they told me there were two reservations. I had a great time with my friends~ All the staff were so kind, and the room condition was good. The soundproofing was good, so we were able to chat comfortably❤️ However, it was a bit dry, and even though I slept with the temperature adjusted, it was cold when I woke up. The gym was also clean~ I was disappointed that I couldn't use the pool because I didn't bring a swimsuit. As for breakfast... We were going on a vacation for my birthday, so there were three of us, so we made a reservation for the Manifique Room. We finally checked in on January 14th~ The staff were really super friendly. The only downside is that there are no lanes in the pool, so it's fine in the morning, but after checking in, I tried to exercise and go to the bar, but there were no lanes, so there were moms and dads holding their babies, so there was a lot of space, but there was no space to swim..ㅠ Other hotels have lanes. Please manage the upper lanes separately~ Please keep that in mind. The pool is important for a vacation. Since my sisters couldn't wake up in the morning, we skipped breakfast and had breakfast at London Bagel, which is 5 minutes away, and Starbucks Coffee right in front. You can get a waiting ticket for London Bagel and go after receiving a text message in 2 hours~^^

Here, the view of Seokchon Lake is great, and the Lake View Twin Room is my favorite room. I went there for a friend's birthday and they gave me a cake. The room service ribs and kimchi stew we ordered in the room, and the fruit for the drinks were all delicious^^ I had a great time~~~!!!
