Actually, I'm writing this review because of Makino Chaya rather than the hotel. I'm very satisfied with the hotel. It's great without any complaints. However, I think Makino Chaya, which provides breakfast, needs better staff management. Even though we went during the breakfast hours, there was no staff member to check our entry. After waiting for 5 minutes, a staff member came by as if passing by and told us to just go in and eat. Then, they said, "Do you know that dining closes at 9:30?" and didn't give us any other instructions. Before even confirming our room number, they already said to the foreign guests behind us, "Do you know that our dining closes at 9:30?" All they did was tell us to hurry up and leave, and they also blocked us from coming back from the bathroom. If it weren't for that, the food would have been good and not bad. The attitude of the staff members is really unpleasant.

The location is fantastic!!! The cleaning condition is not that great ㅠㅠ I found someone else's bracelet... ;;;

It was very friendly, clean, and overall I was very satisfied. It was great value for money.
