The room is well-maintained and the view of the Han River is beautiful. It is the most satisfying hotel among Accor hotels. There is nothing to complain about, such as the view, cleanliness, and friendly staff.

I went there believing it was a 5-star hotel, but honestly, there were a lot of things I was disappointed with. 1) Parking - You have to use valet parking, and even if you park yourself, they charge you an additional 30,000 won. I don't think that's common sense. Which 5-star hotel charges 30,000 won for self-parking???? (I felt like I was just getting my money stolen by a robber, even though I didn't have a knife.) In my case, it was free because I was attending an event, but my friend was robbed of his money. 2) The room was comfortable and the bedding was crisp and clean, so I want to give it full marks. However, the windows are cheap? The cold wind came in so much that it was cold even at 27 degrees. I had to give up the view and put up blackout curtains. (It seems hot in the summer.) I know because I've done a lot of interior design, but a really good window blocks out the sunlight in the summer and keeps the cold wind out in the winter. 3) Bua Jang on the 22nd floor - The food and service were so-so. It's just expensive.

I had a staycation at Hotel Naru on the last day of 2024. The interior is stylish, hygienic, and clean, the rooms are large, and the bedding is fluffy and soft, so it felt like sleeping on a cloud. Above all, the view of the Han River is fantastic. There is a gym, swimming pool, and sauna, but I didn't use them because I didn't have time. I ordered Mapo Seagull and Nagasaki Champon through room service, and it was convenient to eat in a private space, and the ingredients were plentiful, the soup was rich, and the meat was tender and delicious. The view from the 22nd floor restaurant where I visited for breakfast was also amazing! The breakfast buffet had a lot of food and the quality was good compared to other breakfast buffets. The ingredients were of excellent quality and fresh. However, the food was generally salty, so I couldn't eat much. This is a hotel I would like to visit again if I have the chance.

The bedding is good and the view of the Han River is nice. The breakfast is varied and delicious.

The gym is ridiculously fancy and you can't use the outdoor pool in the winter, but it's still a good place.

It was a fun staycation with a perfect view of the Han River✨️ It was newly built, so the facilities were very comfortable, and most of all, the bedding was so comfortable that I slept really well. The staff were all friendly, and the various auxiliary facilities, such as the elevator, were all conveniently located.

Located in Mapo-naru, you can have a great time overlooking the Han River. I want to visit again...

5-star hotel/ Only the view of the Han River is good/ Worth a visit if you only think about the view, but I would not visit again/ Service response, hotel amenities, facilities, etc. were below expectations (The parent company is Pungnong, and it is very disappointing because it is not a traditional hotel business) I requested a room with a good view of the Han River in advance, but from the time of check-in, they unilaterally informed me that I would have to wait for an hour without any benefits, and it felt like they were trying to induce me to stay in a different room, which made me feel bad (This cannot be considered 5-star hotel service) The water pressure was really bad, and after washing my hands with soap, they were so dry that I looked at all the amenities, and I could feel that the cost of products manufactured in Jiangsu Province, China was reduced (I don't even know the source, they were just made in China...) I had a view lunch on the 20th floor, but it would have been better to just go to an outside restaurant. Still, the valet and restaurant staff were friendly.

I used the cafe on the first floor. I recommend the orange tea. The hazelnut cake is also good.

The view of the Han River was really nice and I liked that the floor was wooden 👍🏻 The breakfast at Buajeng didn't feel like there were many options other than Korean food, salad, and ham and cheese.

I came here for a vacation with my boyfriend for my birthday and it was so great~~💗 It's in the Seoul area so transportation is convenient and the view is really great! It was fun to swim together for the first time~! The hotel also upgraded me to a nice room with a front number~🥰 Thanks to you, I had a great time😉♥️

First of all, I really liked the fact that the room had a wooden floor, and the view was nice and comfortable. The infinity pool was perfect for enjoying a vacation, and the breakfast buffet was also good.

Don't bother coming to Maru Hotel for this price, I recommend going to Sofitel or higher, which is part of the same Accor group.

The view of the Han River is so nice because you can see it right from the bed. It's my second visit, and the staff is friendly. However, I forgot to get a guest discount when buying coffee or cake on the first floor..ㅠㅠ

The rooms are well-organized and the staff are friendly. However, the valet zone exit system needs improvement.

I stayed in a family room on the third floor. The bedding was really nice.

The night view is beautiful because it has a view of the Han River. The menus for breakfast and dinner are varied and delicious. Egg dishes, such as omelets, are especially delicious.

The view of the Han River is nice. But what about the soundproofing...? The upstairs floor was really noisy because they were cleaning, and the soundproofing wasn't very good, which was disappointing. Just an expensive Seoul hotel with a nice view^^

This cafe is located on the first floor of the Hotel Naru building. It is a 5-minute walk from Mapo Station. The inside of the restroom is very nice. The bagels are delicious, the coffee is delicious, the air inside is fresh, and it is also clean and hygienic. I highly recommend it.

The sunset that I couldn't see last time I visited because it was cloudy was visible today, and everyone took a lot of pictures. As expected, it's a restaurant with a great view! It's small, but there's a pool bar. Even with the air conditioning on in the rooms, it's still very hot until the evening.

Second visit. There is no hotel with a Han River view like this in Seoul.

The view of the Han River was so beautiful that I felt like I was looking at it without any restrictions during my stay! It was a rainy day so I couldn't see the sunset, but I was able to see the foggy morning, which was nice and charming. The cleanliness, bedding, etc. were all good, and while the advantages were clear, the service of most of the staff I met at the cafe or restaurant reception was a bit disappointing.

I visited to enjoy a vacation and the rooftop infinity pool while pregnant. The bedding was comfortable and the rooftop pool was well-decorated with a heated pool, so I came back feeling healed. When I visited on a weekday, both the sauna and the gym were quiet, and since it is located in the center of Seoul, it is good for a date while visiting nearby restaurants. 🥰

I had Mapo Seagull through room service and it was totally awesome. It wasn't as good as this, but the meat was chewy and the side dishes that came with it were good, and there were cute vegetables for wrapping, so it was nice. The kimchi stew was really really delicious, and the meat tasted sweet like pork ribs, so if you don't like sweets, I wouldn't recommend it! If you're someone who eats anything like me, you'll probably be satisfied~

This is my second visit since last year. It was my husband's birthday, and they even prepared a small cake for me. All the staff members are very friendly. In fact, the interior is not particularly nice or fancy like other 5-star hotels, but it is relatively new and clean. The view is overwhelming compared to other hotels, as it is right in front of the Han River. The regular meals from the room service are just okay, but the muesli I had for breakfast was delicious.
