I came here with a child. This was my third visit, and this time the service was the worst. Considering that it was a large room, the heating didn't work well, and they assigned me a room with a strange structure, and the bathroom didn't get any warm air at all, so I was shivering while using the bathroom. Is this a hotel? I checked in advance that I had a child and booked a room for 3 people, but they said they couldn't provide an extra bed due to the room structure. Then they should've assigned me a different room structure. When they said they couldn't provide an extra bed, I asked for an extra bedding, but they said no. They didn't have one. Haha. Is this a hotel? ㅠ I wanted to go home and sleep warmly. The room service food wasn't warm, and the amount was ridiculously small. And lastly, the door didn't open with the room key. Haha. How can you not open the door with the room key you received? When I went back to the lobby and asked them, they just re-registered me and gave me a refund. I won't come here again.

Maybe because it was the end of the year or because there were a lot of people, the staff was all over the place... It didn't meet my expectations of a luxury hotel. Even though I made a reservation, there were still bread crumbs on the chair (sofa) in the corner, and because it was a corner, it was not easy to call the staff, and since it was said to open at 11:30, I didn't receive the menu, water service, or wet tissue service. It was only after 45 minutes that I finally called the staff and asked for the menu, water, and tissues. The food was delicious, so I let it go because of the service and the end of the year. However, compared to the lunch price of over 300,000 won, the service was poor, and considering that it was a luxury hotel, it was a very frustrating experience. Honestly, I don't think I'll ever visit again. I've always gone to the Intercontinental, but I chose the Park Hyatt because I wanted a different experience, but I guess I should have gone to the Inter. I went straight to the Inter after lunch.

Dinner course + French fries + tiramisu with the family at Cornerstone~ All courses were delicious, especially the main dish, lamb ribs. Tiramisu is always the best.

Cornerstone might be my fav restaurant in Seoul. Delish!

I went to Timber House. I wish it was a little more friendly.

It was very good and the wedding party was held beautifully. The service was good and, as expected from a major hotel company, it was thorough and systematic. The continuous checks, communication, checklist, and frequent checks during the event were all satisfactory. The wedding company did a good job and everyone was satisfied. Of course, the price was not low.

The lounge, food, service and atmosphere are all great!

I'm busy with work so it seems like long-term travel won't be possible for the time being, so a one-night staycation with my family. The rooms are in good condition and clean, and the staff are so very kind. However, there are a few inconvenient points... First of all, the room entrance structure... You check in on the 24th floor and take the room elevator down to your room. We were in room 610? Anyway, the last room... When you go outside or go out for a smoke, you first go up to the 24th floor and then take the regular elevator back to the 1st floor... It's very inconvenient..ㅎㅎ I lost all my energy trying to smoke a cigaretteㅠㅠ And it's a suite, but the room seems a bit small... Ugh... They're doing subway construction outside, so they blast things every now and then... I thought a war was going on... The problem is that it's quite noisy even at night because they're doing maintenance work..ㅠㅠ The rooms and service are very good, but other factors are a bit disappointing.

The Lounge Afternoon Tea, I took my mom there and got compliments~ I really felt refreshed with the refreshing tea~~

I used the lounge, but even after sitting down for a long time, they didn't come to take my order. I had to go to them and ask them to take my order. When I asked to place another order, they couldn't see me and it was hard to call them. The staff didn't seem to be paying attention to the customers at all, so it was very uncomfortable.

The sunset and night view of Gangnam from the suite room are amazing. The room service menu is good quality. The pool is a bit small, unfortunately.

My husband and I went to a restaurant for dinner for my birthday. The staff were friendly and the food was delicious.

I visited The Timber House and the food was delicious.

I went to the lounge and had honey bingsu and injeolmi mousse. It seemed like a good place to see the city view.

A hotel that I have been staying at for almost 10 years that always gives me a friendly, home-in-Seoul feeling every time I stay there!!! I always end up staying at the 10th line^^ As the owner mentioned, the renovation was great, and there is no better place for a business hotel. In fact, I do not recommend staying with children due to the size or facilities. There are occasional big and small issues, but the response and feedback are not bad. It is personally one of my favorite hotels in Seoul.

The staff at 5-star hotels are usually friendly, but I felt they were especially friendly here. They were so friendly that I felt even better, and it was also great that they had 24-hour room service. The room condition and breakfast were all perfect. There was a speaker, so I could turn it on and enjoy my time.

I stayed on a high floor with a view of the city center, and the view was great. I searched for room service and saw that the fried chicken was highly rated, so I ordered it, and it was an excellent choice. It was delicious. ^^ Breakfast was okay~~~ The gym and swimming pool were a bit small, but the view was great.

The entrance to Timber House is a bit confusing. I would like to visit again because of the reasonable price and great atmosphere.
