I came here for my child's graduation, and I am so grateful that you reserved a room for me. Thanks to you, everyone ate well and had a great time.

Hardware is perfect, software is also perfect. Joseon Palace facilities are great. There must be no one who doesn't know. There seemed to be issues with the service when it first opened, but now the service is very satisfactory. Those who visited initially and were disappointed, I recommend you visit again. The rooms are spacious and the view is good. Isn't it a city view?? You might think so, but it's open, so the view is really good. It's also nice that the bathroom, shower room, and toilet are separated, and it's spacious. Basically, everything is spacious and refreshing.

I admit that Italic Garden is a memorable restaurant with a friendly and beautiful view.

I often visit here because the lounge view is good. The tea tastes good and the staff is friendly. It's good to go when the weather is nice because you can see a pretty sunset.

I went on a staycation with three friends of 35 years. Wow. Jopal... It's really beautiful, cool, and amazing. Probably the best in Seoul?!?! I've been to Intercontinental and Parnas, but Jopal is a new hotel, so it was really good. Room condition... The room wasn't that big, but everything was good. The curtains that open smoothly with a touch are the best!!! Especially, make sure to open the curtains in the morning. I saw the sunrise around 7:40 while lying on the bed in my room. ㅎㅎㅎ This is really. Awesome. The best sunrise restaurant in Gangnam is right here. The pool photos are really pretty. It's a gym that lends sneakers at 6 am. So touching. There's also a stairway to heaven. The breakfast buffet is a bit... Too bad, the food is so good, but it's a two-part system on weekends ㅠㅠ I could only eat for 1 hour and 20 minutes. The best part of a staycation is the breakfast buffet ㅠㅠ There aren't enough seats ㅋ Life is an experience. I love Jopal

I love how clean the sauna and fitness facilities are!

I went out for a year-end dinner with my friends~~ There were so many kinds and the desserts were crazy!! The time was a bit short ㅜ흑 The seafood quality was good and the dim sum was so delicious

The bedding is soft and the room condition is really good. And you should definitely order the gourmet meat box from room service. And bring a bottle of wine with you. It is cost-effective and the portion is large, so two people can't finish it all.

Marriott Bonvoy High Tier benefits free breakfast. I used SNA (suite night award) to use the Master Suite 1-Kin Bed Room. And I chose from the free alcoholic beverages at the 1914 Lounge Bar. Guests staying in suites and above can use the sauna for free, so I used it. It's small, but quiet, and there are no people, so it's nice. However, breakfast is divided into 1 and 2 parts, so that part is inconvenient.

The room condition is really good. I swim and work out diligently to eat Jjapaguri from room service. But it's so delicious and the portion is small, so I finish it all in one go.

Chosun Palace Constance... It felt like they had gathered together only the most delicious dishes. It was a buffet worth coming to once to enjoy on an anniversary.

Smokers are not allowed to smoke outside the building. You must enter and exit the parking lot to use the guest rooms, and you must transfer to the elevator 2-3 times to get to the guest rooms. There are no facilities or events on site (for Christmas holidays).

The staff are friendly! But the entrance is towards the underground parking lot, so at first I wondered if this was the right place 🤔 The people at the entrance were also friendly~~ As the reviews say, the staff serves us with the mindset that we are in a 6-star hotelㅋㅋ One downside is that the hotel's own scent didn't suit me... It's a neutral scent like the smell of men's skin~ My head hurt a bit, but I got used to it after staying there for a long time. The swimming pool is very pretty, but everyone was busy taking pictures, so it wasn't a swimmer's atmosphere, so it was a little embarrassing..^-^; It felt dark overall, so I'm not sure if the water quality is good.. If you're going to take pictures, I recommend it! The breakfast is delicious, and I recommend the gym. The equipment is good!!

It's Joseon Palace!!! It's 98,000 won!!! It was so delicious that I thought, "How can this be?" The sherbet inside was delicious.

It's a shame that there aren't enough likes. I have rhinitis, so my nose gets runny on hotel carpets, but I'm really satisfied with the cleanliness, super, super, super satisfied. I'm so grateful for the kindness of the staff. This is the best hotel, seriously!!

The wine bazaar is underway at Joseon Palace! The prices are incredibly good, to the point where 'the sommelier is crazy'. Better prices than those at retail stores!! Regardless of the price, you can find rare and high-quality wines that are hard to find. It's a chance to make a profit for a short period of time until Monday, so go and get some wine to drink at the end of the year.

This is a place that makes you feel good from the moment the door opens and you step in. The facilities are good. The service is good. The view is good. The pool is amazing. The bathroom is good. The bed is really good. I can't sleep deeply if it's not at home, but I slept really well. The staff is very kind, and if you mention it's your birthday when you make a reservation, they'll prepare a gift for you. Just ask them!

It's a place that gives you the will to earn a lot of money. It was so good and I want to go again next time. In particular, I really liked the pool where there was no one at 6 o'clock.

The facilities are really good. I especially like the bathroom. The shower, bathtub, and toilet are all separate. The towels and robes are thick and nice to the touch. I think I could live in the bathroom here. Those who like a city view, Tehran-ro view. Those who like a mountain view, ask for a Daemosan view to enjoy it more. Every staff member I passed by asked if I needed anything first and was very kind.

It's a really nice hotel^^ It's equipped with basic friendliness, and there's nothing to complain about, such as the great view, soft bedding, and luxurious interior^^ I've been to many Chosun hotels in Korea because of Chosun Membership, but this one is the TOP OF TOP. I recommend it for a staycation^^

There really is no indoor swimming pool prettier than the Joseon Palace. It's worth staying just to see the pool. I don't like city views, but the long view is wide open and you can see Daemosan in the distance, so it's not stuffy. And now, the Joseon Palace really seems to be providing service that lives up to its title of 6-star!! All the staff I meet, including the concierge, reception, and doormen, are really kind. In particular, the concierge and the staff in different attire were so kind that they even asked for my name. They were really kind.

Breakfast is expensive but worth it. The accommodation itself is very clean and comfortable, so it's good. And the staff are friendly, so it's good.

The hardware is okay, but the service is... below the level of room hygiene.

There are a lot of Chinese guests, so you can feel like you're in a foreign country.

It's disappointing. I tried to order room service, but the tablet was broken;; I tried to take out a glass to drink sake, but the glass was cracked;; I didn't expect this kind of service from a 5-star hotel. I'm a Chosun Membership member, and did they give me a room like this because I paid for a 60% discount coupon? I'm planning to stay there again on June 28th, so I'm a bit worried.

I used a membership coupon and made a reservation for 1 night at <GRAND MASTERS BAY KING>. The room condition was good^^ Especially, when sleeping outside, most hotels have uncomfortable pillows, but here, there was no inconvenience in sleeping 😍 The view was also nice because it was made of large windows.! Breakfast. Sauna and pool were included, but breakfast had a time limit, so it was difficult to spend a leisurely morning^^; There was no inconvenience in using the sauna or pool, but what if there were a lot of people?.. I thought about it~ All the staff members I met were kind, so it was enjoyable the whole time!

It's really nice to come here and rest since there's a sauna, restaurant, swimming pool, and center field all in one place.

I visited to purchase a gift certificate. They are friendly and thorough.

Everything is really good, but it seems true that you have to expect more service because it is more expensive than other hotels next door. It would be good if you could check in with a reservation number and voucher, but it was inconvenient that check-in was difficult because it was different from other hotels. I really didn't understand why check-in was not possible without the reservation ID, and why accompanying guests had to keep waiting if the group was late. There are many ways to check other than ID, and if you lose your ID, the hotel reservation will be canceled. It's a shame. We need a reasonable solution.

It was so good. The room was so spacious and clean, and I loved each and every product. The grand reception service was also beyond my expectations, so I was very satisfied.

There are a lot of pictures, but it's hard to find them ㅎㅎ The interior is pretty, neat, and gorgeous. The female staff who directly serve you and the mature male staff members were mostly kind. They all spoke English, so I thought there were an overwhelming number of foreign guests compared to other hotels (30% of the guests were foreigners on a weekday when I visited). The breakfast had a lot of variety and was delicious, but as someone who only ate one plate and finished it, that moment was too short 😅. I went on a staycation to two places in a row, and Joseon Palace is my favorite. The fitness center has fewer machines, so I thought other hotels with instructor classes would be better, but what I liked the most was that we didn't have to bring anything and they even lent me shoes.

The pool was a bit damp in the winter, but it was nice to be able to feel the beautiful city from the gym. I arrived early, but they helped me upgrade my room and check in early. They treated me with kindness, so I was able to rest comfortably and leave :-)

It was a very, very satisfying vacation! All the staff were friendly and the facilities were very well-equipped, so I was satisfied with the gym and the pool! And the breakfast was delicious 😋
