They said room service is not available yet 😭 At least since it's a residence, I went out late after working and bought a bag of ramen and boiled it. I checked in late and used the lounge (20th floor) happy hour for about 20 minutes and came down. Director Kim's Leeum work overlapped with my work, so I came to work for a day, and it was comfortable and good / The bedding was comfortable and I slept well. The sauna facilities are so well-equipped ~ I should have gone in the morning because it was unlimited, but I couldn't go because I had to go to the art museum in a hurry. Breakfast was much better than Yongsan Grand. It would be great if there was room service when I visit again.

It seems like it was recently renovated, but it's only a part of it, and the lobby and other public spaces still have that old-fashioned feel. (I enjoy looking at the antique furniture and decorations here and there.) I think that's the advantage of this place. Not everything needs to be new or brand new.

The gap between the lobby, Delmar, and the 1st floor and 20th floor lounges is too big ㅠㅠ The staff are so kind and nice, but it feels too noisy when you make a fuss in the lounge ㅠㅠ

Grand Mercure Imperial Palace, which has just been renovated. First of all, there is an airport bus stop right in front of the hotel. Accortier provides a lounge and breakfast. The lounge has a unique interior that contrasts with the lobby and rooms, and it feels like you're in a folk village. You really have to eat breakfast. There are a ton of choices. It's a buffet restaurant, so the size is huge. Parking is all valet, but I don't understand the system of having to pay every time you leave. The guest room beds are really big and comfortable.

I originally didn't intend to be a valet but I ended up doing it anyways lol. What a shame lol

Except for the fact that the crab was a little salty, the food was very varied and the staff was very friendly and it was a very satisfying meal! ☺️

I visited without a reservation to see the tree and have coffee before going to the restaurant, and the coffee was delicious and the cake was really good! It was Christmas season, so the Christmas atmosphere was great just like I saw on SNS, and there were photo zones everywhere I went, so it was great :)

I visited this hotel because I heard it had been renovated since it was a hotel I liked, but there were many things I was disappointed about. 1) I booked a twin, but there were no renovated rooms, so I visited with a friend and changed to a king -> This was okay because they gave me access to the happy hour lounge. 2) I moved to the changed king room, but the bathroom wasn't cleaned... I saw something dirty... ㅠㅠ -> The housekeepers kindly took care of it anyway. 3) The room wasn't comfortable because the sewer smelled. When I asked, they said there was no exhaust fan. ㅠㅠ 4) When I was going to a convenience store in the morning, our car was left in front of the lobby with the window open. I left it with the valet;; and the person in charge talked nonsense, saying that he thought we were using the buffet. It was almost 1 AM, so does this make sense? Most of the staff were very kind, but if it was going to be like this, I regretted visiting the cafe only to take pictures of the tree.

As soon as I entered the hotel, I was surprised by how pretty it was. The price was cheaper than other hotels, and it was on sale until the end of November, so it was great value for money. I took hundreds of pictures.

The room was spacious and the bathroom was separated in a European style, which was nice. The bedding was clean and the staff at the lobby check-in were very friendly.

I will never go there again. It may be different for each employee, but some of the employees' service is terrible. When I told them that a few groups that arrived much later than us wanted to receive the same menu first, they brought it to us only then. The cutlery wasn't clean, so they changed the forks twice. There are a lot of empty seats, but they didn't tell me when they first showed me the seats that I couldn't change once I sat down, and when I said that I could change because the heating wasn't good and it was a really bad seat at the entrance, they said no first, so I told them to ask the manager, and only then did they do it. On top of that, the food wasn't tasty. They served Samlip Yakgwa. The macarons were better before COVID. It's ridiculous that they only offer valet service even though they give out discount coupons. The valet was kind, but if it rains when you leave, of course they should have taken your car to a place without rain. It's a no-sense hotel, so I paid money and was disappointed by this rude and impolite service.

This is the first place I came to because La Seine, which I always went to for anniversaries, was fully booked. The photo is a service product I received because there was a strange hair on it. This is not how they serve it at the buffet. The person who served me was kind so I didn't want to write anything, but the woman who was paying got mad so I'm writing this. In conclusion, the service they gave me as an apology for the flies and the strange hair was food that was already in the buffet, but they brought it out to cheer us up because it was our anniversary and we didn't eat it because it was all things we didn't like, so you can see what I mean. But the woman who was paying me, if you're going to apologize, then do it. If not, don't ask. Is it the hotel's policy to treat us like that because it seems like we won't come back? I'm going to write this right away because I feel bad. This is a service that I won't come back for. I understand why there are fewer customers than La Seine.

I went on a vacation with my baby. I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. The location was good, it was clean, and they even provided a baby bed, so I had a comfortable stay.

Was my expectation too high? The taste and the view were not that great. Still, I had a good time.

The remodeled residence room is spacious and the interior is nice! The lobby is so pretty that it's great for taking pictures, and I really, really recommend the dinner buffet!! They use really good ingredients, and it's delicious and of good quality, so I decided to have my next family gathering here with my parents.

It's been a long time since I visited Imperial Palace! The lobby interior is antique and beautiful~! The room was also very pretty, but the bathroom door creaked and was uncomfortable. I had high expectations because they said it was remodeled, but the room condition wasn't very good. '-' The bedding was comfortable.

The staff were very friendly and the room condition was good. One thing that was disappointing was that the items in the drawers needed some maintenance. I was surprised to see napkins that looked like they were already used.

The cafe is quiet and secluded, so it's good for chatting, and the food is delicious 😀

I like that it's renovated and has a residence, but there's only a pool package. I don't go to the pool, so...
