They said same-day reservations were possible, so I made a reservation for 1:30 PM and visited on time, but there was no notification because the previous customer's treatment was late, so I just sat there and waited. Exactly 18 minutes later, they apologized for the delay, and at around 1:55 PM, they asked if I had an appointment to proceed with nail removal, and when I replied that I had to hurry, they said they would proceed quickly and proceeded with the work. When I made the reservation, the text message said that the reservation was an appointment with us and that the reservation would be canceled if I was more than 15 minutes late. Where did that appointment go? Of course, since it's something done by people, I know that there are always variables, and I'm not the type to react sensitively, but it would have been nice if they had apologized for the delay as soon as I visited.
