Please do the care without any damage! My nails tend to be crooked, so you shaped them to fit my nail shape, and you even helped me modify the design to my taste from the design I wanted! I was picky about the design (French, check, drawing, glitter, etc.), but you were so kind and thorough that I plan to visit again!!

I went to get my wedding nails and pedicure done for the main ceremony tomorrow!! Since my feet won't be visible anyway, I got them in colors that suit fall!! I settled in this nail shop because they were so kind and helpful. I also had a fever last week and had to cancel on the same day and pay a penalty. “No-show” service and appointment-only shops are the worst because time is money. I know that and apologized repeatedly through text and phone calls. When I arrived on the day of the appointment, since it is done by people, the treatment time may be delayed, and since I had a day when I was a no-show, I felt sorry and understood and waited. Even as more time passed, there was no response to the customers. I couldn’t stand it anymore, so I spoke to a passing employee. Only then did Manager Ji-yoon check. It started 30 minutes later, but the person in charge didn’t apologize. I think it is right to check the time and give guidance in advance because there is another appointment before the customer asks if it will be late. A single guidance message can change a person’s mood and situation.

There are many nail shops in Cheongdam, but I was worried because there weren't many that did clean, feminine, and calm designs. However, after seeing the photos, I trusted them and went there because the reviews said they were all clean and had no shortcomings.
