The makeup artist was good at small talk, and when I told her what I was disappointed with at my previous shop, she talked to me throughout the entire makeup process and meticulously recommended/provided a style. I learned a lot about myself! I was so happy with the results and got compliments on how pretty I was, so I definitely plan on coming back for an important day. They offer almost all makeup services + classes, and the price list is great. You should keep in mind that it's a bit of a remote alley for parking, but since most makeup shops in Hongdae are in alleys, I was able to visit without any major inconveniences~

The eyelashes were too droopy, so when I took a picture, my eyes looked even smaller. I clearly asked her to raise them more, but she said they didn't suit my eyes and that they were right, but they were really droopy and it interfered with the picture taking. I asked her to focus on tone-up, but she just hit my face hard with a puff and darkened it, which was disappointing. In the middle, there were some parts that weren't symmetrical, so I asked her to fix them several times, and she touched up all the parts I asked for. When I said, "Excuse me, just this one time...", she didn't respond by saying, "Please finish your sentence" or that it's because it's originally asymmetrical. Even though I asked carefully, she seemed to think that it was right and answered, but she knows her own face well. It seems that she needs to listen to what the customer says. The hair stylist is kind and good.

This was my second visit, and my schedule changed after making a reservation, so I changed the reservation time, but fortunately they changed it for me so I was able to go on time. I usually have a warm skin tone so I've never tried cool-toned makeup so I asked for cool-toned makeup and they did a great job of putting on makeup that suited me so well that I felt great that day🫶🏻 I was really sad when I had to remove my makeup,,, I think I'll get my makeup done here again for my next photoshoot! I think it took about 1 hour and 20 minutes to do both makeup and hair. They are fast and fix it thoroughly so I'm completely satisfied💖

It's a style that can easily make you look older, but they suggested a higher height, so I got pretty hair that suited my age👍🏻 For the makeup, they told me to go with a natural style without eyeliner or eyelashes, and they did it in a way that perfectly matched my tone, so I was satisfied enough to give them a double-taboo🖤 I'm going to be a wedding guest soon, so I'm going to ask them to make my makeup for me again! I needed to take a body profile in a hurry, but they kindly guided me and helped me!! I had to go to the bathroom, so when I asked, they prepared a bag with toilet paper and hand sanitizer for me. I was so touched!! They even take great care with the bathroom supplies, so what more can I say about the makeup and hair!! I recommend it!!

There are a lot of chairs for getting your hair done compared to the size of the space. There are a lot of teachers and customers, so it's very hectic. At other shops, it took 3 hours to get my hair done, but the whole process was simple, so I finished my hair in 1 hour. It's not that they don't have the skills, but I felt like the details were a bit lacking. I don't recommend this to people who need a delicate touch!
