It's different before and after payment. The consultation should be 2 hours, but I waited for about 3 hours even though it was the first surgery time after the reservation. The head of the consultation room didn't tell me to bring water in advance, so I was treated very unpleasantly. On the day of the surgery, I was told that I would be a little thirsty after the surgery. After the surgery, I was really thirsty, so I called the recovery room and asked for some water. The first thing they said was, "Do you have a guardian?" and I explained that I came alone and received it, but a glass of water was not enough. I endured it and called the second time and asked for some water. They asked again, "Do you have a guardian?" and as I said before, they explained that I came alone. The third time, I came alone and didn't have a guardian, but when I asked for some water, they gave it to me without saying anything. I wonder if it was necessary to show that I was annoyed by their basic attitude. I'm even more upset because I'm not satisfied with the surgery.
