I made a reservation, but I kept getting text messages because I was worried that I might not show up, and I even got a call 20 minutes before the reservation time. I actually arrived early and was guided to the consultation room, but I had to wait for over 20 minutes. The director of the consultation room didn't even apologize. The teacher said to trust me. After the consultation, I said I wouldn't make a reservation, and the director of the consultation room's temperature changed, which was really surprising.
