They consistently say that there is no problem with the surgery, it is a problem with the patient's original condition, there is no other solution besides removing the silicone, and even if I sue, the hospital will not be burdened and it will only be disadvantageous for me. Isn't it the doctor's job to fix that problem in the first place? When I admit my mistake, he said he would refund me, but then he kept changing his words saying he couldn't do it because he lost another customer. Is that a problem with skill and not my fault? He pretends to be rational, but he responds emotionally, lacks empathy, and says I can't communicate, so I'm being treated unfairly. The manager doesn't mediate, but only presents the hospital's position and cuts off contact. This isn't the place.
